In the background of industry 4.0,the development of intelligent hydraulic components has become a hot topic in this field.As the core component of servo control system,the intellectualization of servo valve has been paid more and more attention in recent years.The first is the research based on modeling.The accurate mathematical model is inseparable from the effective parameter identification method,which is also conducive to the optimal control of the system.In this paper,qdy60 servo valve as the body of intelligent transformation,proposed an intelligent servo valve flow control system,in-depth study of system parameter identification and control.The specific contents are as follows:The first is theoretical modeling.Considering that the type of servo valve is double nozzle flapper force feedback two-stage electro-hydraulic servo valve,the structure and working principle of servo valve are introduced in detail,and the process of intelligent transformation of servo valve is elaborated.The hydraulic motor with speed sensor and servo valve are integrated for dynamic flow measurement,so as to better realize flow control.The mechanism of intelligent servo valve flow control system is modeled,the transfer function of each link is given,and the dynamic model of the system is obtained by simplifying.Secondly,the principle and process of system identification are described,and the least square method and L-M algorithm are introduced.The preparation work in the identification process is clear,including the selection of model structure to be identified,the type of input signal,sampling time,data processing method,etc.On this basis,the parameter identification simulation of intelligent servo valve flow control system model is carried out,and the simulation results are compared with the theoretical results.Considering that the actual system always has nonlinear,external disturbance and other factors,the fuzzy control method with better robustness is selected to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the intelligent servo valve flow control system.Finally,the experimental verification is carried out.Relying on the hydraulic components and system innovation experimental platform,the experimental research of intelligent servo valve flow control system is carried out.Firstly,the order of the system is analyzed,then the system model is identified,and the possibility of order reduction is discussed.Finally,the model is tested by residual analysis.At the same time,the fuzzy controller is designed to optimize the flow control system model of the intelligent servo valve,and the dynamic performance of the system is studied.
