Research On Post-Occupancy Evaluation Of The Suburban National Archaeological Site Park

As an effective model of heritage protection and utilization,the National Archaeological Site Park plays an important role in propelling the safety of cultural relics,providing public cultural services,promoting the socio-economic development of the region where the great sites are located,and promoting ecological restoration.With the transformation of the overall goal of protection of great sites and the coincidence of current consumer demand for cultural tourism with the construction of National Archaeological Site Parks.it is urgent to explore the development path of National Archaeological Site Parks that combines site protection and regional coordinated development and is more in line with the needs of mass tourism.Taking into account the various problems caused by the promotion and driving effect of the protection and utilization of cultural resources in suburban areas on rural revitalization and the overall development of urban and rural areas,this article uses the suburban-type of National Archaeological Site Parks as the research object to carry out Post-Occupancy Evaluation.Based on the systematic summary of relevant research progress at domestic and international,comprehensive use of data collection methods such as questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method,and data analysis methods such as analytic hierarchy process,entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,combining theory with practice,quantitative and qualitative method to carry out post-use evaluation.This article mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)Through the preliminary field investigation and literature research,a universal post-use evaluation system of the suburban national archaeological site park was constructed,covering four aspects of site protection,display and utilization,operation management and regional development.The indicator system fully reflects the use demand characteristics of multiple users;Select 10 experts in cultural heritage protection and other fields to evaluate the importance matrix of the index system to determine the weight of the evaluation index system.(2)Taking Hanyangling National Archaeological Site Park as an example,conduct empirical research on the satisfaction and usage methods of users;In terms of satisfaction evaluation,questionnaire surveys and interviews were carried out for managers,conservationist,tourists and local residents.The result shows that the overall score of the park is 3.496 points,which is generally satisfactory.In terms of usage evaluation,it was mainly carried out with tourists and local residents as the main body.The results found that the park construction has problems such as unclear visiting flow,serious shortage of guides and recreational facilities,and local residents basically unable to obtain economic and industrial benefits.Finally,a targeted improvement strategy is proposed based on the evaluation conclusion.(3)The article integrates the theory and methods of post-use evaluation into the whole process of the formation of the built environment.It fully considers and fully understands the user’s demand characteristics for the user object(suburban national archaeological site park),and further explore the POE-based overall planning strategy for suburban national archaeological site parks,and integrated the post-use evaluation concept into each link of planning preparation and evaluation.This article aims to provide a reference for the evaluation and research of the suburban National Archaeological Site Park,committed to exploring feasible ways to improve the level of planning and design of this type of site park,the level of public participation,and the social,economic,and ecological comprehensive benefits of the protection and utilization of large relics.
