With the fast income development and the enlarge the scale of the factory,hoisting machinery has played an prime role in our day-to-day living.Cranes can be seen everywhere,such as factories handling Steel datas and worksites dealing with the materials.Since the lifting weight of the crane and the weight of the self-weight gradually increase,different contact conditions,the impact load of the truck section,and the cyclic load conditions,the wear of the wheel treads of the light and heavy machinery is becoming more and more serious,and the serious wear affects the wheels.The use life of the tread and the secure and stabilize of the crane operation.Therefore,the writing on wheel-rail rolling contact tread damage has key principle meaning and industry use foreground.This writing detailed the study past event and consequence of wheel tread wear in detail.On this basis,the contact theory and wear model finite element imitatation analysis are unite with analyzing the diverse contact conditions of the wheel-rail system and the angles of different wheel loads.Study wheel tread damage and life prediction.The main writing contents are as follows:(1)The writing setting and meaning of tread wear are detailed,and the development status of wheel/rail wear in recent years and the writing content of wheel/rail wear by domestic and foreign writingers are summarized.For the wheel-rail system of hoisting machinery,which has large wheel pressure,low speed,and straight-line operation,corresponding writing and analysis are proposed.(2)The types of crane wheel damage and their causes,wheel-rail system composition,layout,drive type,as well as crane wheels and rail scrap standards are detailed introduction,which provides a bottom of crane wheel-rail system models.(3)Introduced the crane wheel-rail system theory,from the wheel-rail system normal contact theory,Tangential contact theory and Archard wear model three aspects It lays the foundation for the operating system wear and offers a principle guarantee for the following writing.(4)Using Solid Works software for modeling,generating CAE files,and then importing them into the ABAQUS software to perform statics and dynamics simulation analysis of the wheel-rail system.In the static state,contact patch surface and maximum deformation depth of point contact and line contact are analyzed.Analyze in dynamic state,analyze model parameters such as contact pressure changes.(5)Because of the principle and the calculated tread wear under diverse loads and diverse contact situation,the wheel tread life is predicted according to the crane wheel scrap standard.Provide a basis for the replacement of the wheel and rail in the subsequent actual production work.
