The growth of energy consumption leads to problems such as shortage of energy supply and increasingly serious environmental pollution.The development of new clean energy such as wind power and photovoltaic has become a top priority.However,due to the random and fluctuating characteristics of renewable energy output,it brings greater challenges to the operation of microgrid in grid-connected mode.How can operators make reasonable power generation plans and reserve capacity configuration to ensure the operation of microgrids?Reliability and economy are one of the important research contents for the safe and stable operation of microgrids containing renewable energy.Firstly,this paper introduces the definition,classification and reserve capacity allocation method of power system reserve,and analyzes the influence of renewable energy on the reserve capacity optimization of microgrid after grid connection.Considering different types of renewable energy prediction and simulation technology and the processing method of uncertainty factors,a dynamic optimization model of microgrid reserve capacity under the influence of source load error is established.Carried out the following related work::(1)This paper expounds the significance and development status of reserve capacity allocation of microgrid,analyzes the influence of generator set fault,renewable energy output uncertainty and load random fluctuation on system reserve demand,and introduces several reserve capacity allocation methods.At the same time,this paper expounds the characteristics of microgrid as an independent operation subject and the uncertainty of source and load in the power market environment,and analyzes the necessity of optimal allocation of spinning reserve capacity of microgrid.(2)In the power market environment,in order to cope with the fluctuation of the microgrid source load and the random failure of conventional unit,and improve its power supply reliability,a method for optimizing the spinning reserve capacity considering the uncertainty of the microgrid source load is proposed.considering day-ahead forecast error,Using sequence operation theory to discrete source load and conventional unit fault outage,the discrete uncertainty distribution model of microgrid power is generated.Based on this,the microgrid operating cost,The minimum total cost of reserve cost and power outage loss is the objective function.An optimization model of spinning reserve capacity is established,and the model is solved by combining Monte Carlo and particle swarm algorithm to obtain the optimal configuration capacity of spinning reserve in each period.(3)On the basis of the above optimization model,this paper considers the perceptual fuzzy characteristics of thermal load,analyzes its influence on reserve capacity allocation,and establishes a microgrid reserve optimization model with uncertainty of cooling,heating and power load,and dynamically optimizes each generation unit and energy storage unit in multiple scenarios,and formulates reasonable generation output plan and reserve capacity.Taking a park microgrid as an example,the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method are verified.
