| In recent years,the energy consumption and water consumption of public buildings has become increasingly serious,and research on water and energy conservation in public buildings has become the focus.This paper chose hospitals and office buildings as monitoring objects,and conducted long-term online monitoring of water consumption and pressure of the buildings to obtain parameters such as water usage rules,water consumption in the buildings,monitors data and related specification design parameters.And then the water quotas from online monitoring were compared with the regulation of water quotas to judge the rationality of building water use.In order to further reduce the energy consumption of the water supply system,a relatively new type of energy-saving water supply system were put forward—using the pipeline system characteristic curve to realize the curve transformation control variable frequency variable pressure water supply,which is based on the most widely used variable frequency constant pressure water supply system.Firstly,the monitored data were preprocessed.The necessary data were extracted by computer programming,and the distribution law of the monitoring traffic and the potential relationship between the flows were obtained by the mathematical data processing method.The method of random regression interpolation was applied to interpolated the missing or abnormal data to obtain a relatively complete database,which lays a good data foundation for the subsequent analysis of water usage in buildings.The rules of water use and consumption were obtained by analyzing monitoring data,and then the average daily water consumption and the maximum daily water consumption obtained from data were compared with the norm quota.The relevant design parameters of the hospital were discussed to find out the problems of hospital water use.The small flow analysis method calculates the amount of water leakage in the hospital.After getting leakage of the hospital by measuring in the night,a series of water-saving measures were proposed and correspondingly modified resulting in saving water 16.8 m~3/d.The three aspects of water use law,water consumption and design parameters were compared and analyzed to judge the rationality of water saving reform,building water quota and related design parameters of the office buildings to provide the basis for the improvement and supplement of the subsequent specifications.Having got the water consumption of the office buildings and the pressure value at the end of the pipe network,the pipe system characteristic curve was used as the basis for the pressure setting at the outlet end of the water supply system to realize the variable frequency variable pressure water supply.By comparing the water pump shaft constant pressure operation and the variable frequency variable pressure operation from the performance of the pump shaft power,efficiency,pump group energy consumption,the effect of the variable frequency variable pressure water supply operation on energy saving is up to 23%.The present work has analyzed the water use of hospitals and office buildings,compared the relevant design parameters in the specification with the measured values to obtain the water use patterns and existing problems of hospitals and office buildings.And the work provides a reference for the revision and supplement of the specifications.The transformation method based on the pipeline system characteristic curve as the basis for setting the pressure at the outlet end of the water supply system is the basis for realizing the energy-saving water supply of the secondary water supply system.The research results of this study have an important reference for water saving and energy saving of public buildings. |
