| Energy is a significient element of social economy and human life.Buildings are one of the largest energy-consuming departments worldwide.Building energy conservation has aroused much attention worldwide.A rolling optimization control strategy for building energy system(BES)considering building thermal characteristic and human thermal comfort is proposed in the paper in order to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency of BES.Indoor temperature set-point is utilized as the control variable in this method,which allows customers to directly sense the effect of control variable on changes of indoor temperature.The strategy enables customers to fully participate in the building energy-saving project,thus it is a useroriented control srategy.The major work is categorized as follows:1)Since exist BES model are short in accuracy,a refined BES model is established in this paper,integrating energy supply characteristic of equipment,thermal storage characteristic of buildings,and simulation time.The mathematic relationship among BES power consumption,indoor temperature set-point,actual indoor temperature and ambient temperature are expressed by the proposed BES model.A set of reasonable BES model paraments for BES optimal control are determined based on the model.2)A user-oriented rolling optimization control strategy is proposed based on the BES model.In this strategy,The control layer will guide user’s economical energy consumption through information interaction with the physical layer and the user layer.The strategy is able to rolls repeatly based on the indoor temperature set-point,cutting down operation cost of residential air source heat pump-floor heating radiant system(HPFHS)effectively through reducing holistic electricity consumption as well as adjusting output ratio in different electricity price periods,considering building thermal storage and human thermal comfort.The influence of thermal comfort penalty on economic operation of AHPFHS is also studied based on the strategy.3)According to the relevant standards of China’s construction industry,the response of HPFHS to the electricity price and the operating cost savings of different level of buildings are analyzed,based on the BES model and the rolling control strategy.Analysis is provided considering the investment recovery time of energy efficiency retrofit of buildings in Southern and Northern China.Several suggestions for green building level in China is also proposed based on the analysis. |
