| Construction unit measurement is an important activity during the whole rockfill dam construction process.However,the usual construction measurement method has low efficiency in measurement and data management.How to eliminate the above disadvantages,to improve the measurement efficiency of construction unit and to realize digital management of measurement data is an urgent problem to solve.Jiayan face rockfill dam includes several zones and requires high filling construction quality.In addition,there are a large amount of dynamic and static information involved during the Jiayan dam construction.How to comprehensively integrate these information and make them visualization management and digital archiving,and how to provide information support for dam construction quality control and project management is another important technical problem to be solved.In this paper,combined with the application analysis of the Jiayan face rockfill dam,the study achievements are obtained:(1)Current earth-rock dam construction unit measurement is confronted with the challenges of inefficient measurement practice and a lack of effective technique for the storage and sharing of measurement data.To tackle the challenges,a portable integrated measurement system of earth-rock dam construction unit is developed based on the RTK(Real-time Kinematic)technology.The developed system can digitalize and streamline the whole process of traditional manual measurement practice,which includes the measurement of initial construction unit boundary,compaction elevation,compaction thickness,and final unit boundary and earthwork quantity.Thus it can considerably improve the efficiency of many different measurement tasks such as initial construction unit measurement,elevation measurement and earthwork calculation.In addition,the system can also be used by the practitioners to validate the construction quantity measured by the contractor.The successful application of the system demonstrates that it plays an important role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of construction measurement and significantly improves the management level of project construction.(2)CCV was adopted as Jiayan concrete-faced rockfill dam compaction quality monitoring index and establishes different evaluation models between CCV and the dam material compaction quality(dry density)in different construction zones.The index has good applicability in different rockfill dam materials of Jiayan dam so that it can realize quick evaluation for compaction quality(dry density),and provide an effective technical method for the dam compaction quality control.(3)Information generated during the construction process of Jiayan dam was dynamically collected to build a comprehensive digital dam information platform,which integrates the 3D model of the project general layout with data about quality,safety and schedule.This virtual "digital dam" not only integrates,digitalizes and visualizes construction information collected from many different sources,but also provides a useful decision-support platform for the project decision-making,management,safety operation and health diagnosis. |
