| According to the annual report published by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment every year,China’s motor vehicles have caused serious pollution to the environment and have become one of the biggest sources of pollution.At present,some cities in China have already popularized ethanol fuel for vehicles.Tianjin City has also started to promote ethanol gasoline on October 1,18 th.Compared with ethanol,methanol is similar in performance,widely available,and low in cost,and is considered to be one of the most promising alternative fuels for vehicles.At the same time,the popularity of methanol fuel will also optimize China’s energy structure.Based on a large number of related literatures,this paper intends to study the physical and chemical properties of medium and high proportion methanol gasoline M50 prepared by E10 vehicle ethanol gasoline popular in the market.The research contents are as follows:Aiming at the phase stability problem of M50 methanol gasoline,the experiment mainly carried out experimental research on the addition of cosolvent,through the water phase anti-phase separation test,low temperature anti-phase separation test,combined with the economics of the reagent,the suitable cosolvent was screened out.The results showed that isooctyl alcohol and isopropanol were compounded by 1:1 as a co-solvent,and the amount of co-solvent added was 4% by volume of the total solution,and the dissolution-promoting effect was good.Experiments were carried out on the metal corrosion of M50 methanol gasoline.The test mainly consisted of adding anti-metal corrosion inhibitors,designing corrosion tests,and exploring the quality change rate of selected metal test pieces,scanning electron microscopy,and copper plate standard color plate comparison.The effect of the selected additives on the metal corrosion inhibition.The results show that the ionic liquid is used as an anti-metal corrosion additive with good effect.In the experiment,the use of ionic liquids in the field of metal corrosion of methanol gasoline is a relatively novel research point.The experimental research on the rubber swelling of M50 methanol gasoline was carried out.Firstly,the adaptability of the selected rubber to E92 ethanol gasoline and M50 methanol gasoline was studied by immersion test.Secondly,the relatively good anti-swell inhibitor was screened by the maximum mass change rate.The effects of the selected inhibitors were comprehensively evaluated by a soaking test,a tensile test,and a thermogravimetric test.The results show that different rubbers have different adaptability to the two oils;isobutanol as an anti-rubber swelling inhibitor,the addition amount is 2% of the total solution,and the effect is good.Aiming at the high temperature gas resistance of M50 methanol gasoline,the saturated vapor pressure test and the distillation range test were carried out to investigate the improvement of high temperature gas resistance of ethyl tert-butyl ether in M50 methanol gasoline.The results show that ethyl tert-butyl ether has a significant effect on improving its high temperature gas barrier problem. |
