With the progress and development of society,the huge consumption of traditional energy leads to increasingly serious environmental pollution.Therefore,many scholars focus on the development and utilization of new energy such as solar energy.However,there are still many technical problems in the existing solar heating system,which affect its promotion and use.Double regenerative water tank heating system is widely used in large area heating because of its high heat collection efficiency and easy installation location.In this paper,the existing double heat storage tank heating system in the project is optimized.Aiming at the problems of poor heating effect and high energy consumption of the existing system,the paper studies from two aspects of theoretical analysis and structural improvement,and puts forward the corresponding solutions and optimizes them.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)In order to study the structural form of the dual water tank heat storage and heating system and the influence of operating parameters on the system,the performance of the dual water tank heat storage and heating system was studied based on an office building in Baotou.TRNSYS simulation software was used to build a simulation model of the dual heat storage tank heating system,and the correctness of the model was verified by error analysis.(2)TRNSYS was used to simplify the calculation model and put forward the comfort evaluation index.Taking the system’s economy and indoor thermal comfort as the objective function,the water tank volume of the system was optimized.The results show that the collector area and the total volume of the water tank remain unchanged,and the system performance is optimal when the volume ratio of the collecting water tank to the heating water tank is 1.5.At this time,compared with before optimization,the system reduces energy consumption and at the same time,the thermal comfort of the room has been greatly improved.(3)Considering that the system performance is not clear under the two auxiliary heat sources connection modes of the dual heat storage tank heating system,the position of the auxiliary heat sources of the system is optimized.TRNSYS was used to build a simulation model,and the indoor thermal comfort and system economy were taken as objective functions to compare and analyze the system schemes before and after optimization.The results show that the temperature rise rate of the improved system scheme is 2.2℃/h higher than that of the improved system scheme,and the energy consumption of the auxiliary heat source is reduced compared with that of the improved system scheme.In order to further study the performance of the improved system,the water supply temperature of the dual storage tank heating system was simulated under the variable working conditions under typical weather conditions,so as to obtain the optimal control scheme.(4)In order to improve the comfort of the heating system,two different component connection modes in TRNSYS are analyzed.A new system layout scheme is put forward,that is,two water tanks in parallel,in the same case,compared with the existing mode.The energy consumption of the auxiliary heat source of the new mode system is reduced by about 30%.At the same time,except at 9 a.m.,the comfort index has been greatly improved,and the new model can provide guiding opinions for the design of practical projects.The research results are of great significance for the application of the dual heat storage tank system,improving the thermal comfort of the building and reducing the energy consumption of the system.
