| The speed limit shut-off valve can be realized under the condition of the flow over scope of automatically shut down,its general installation in the hydraulic system in the oil cylinder oil return,its role is to prevent the outflow caused by pipeline burst or hydraulic valve control hydraulic cylinder flow increase,cause the safety accidents such as load drop the speed limit shut-off valve numerous advantages,such as flexible open shut off Structure is simple and easy installation and simple,so widely used in the loader hydraulic crane and other construction machinery and equipment In this paper,we design a speed limit shut-off valve,and through the analysis and structure design theory and the simulation calculation by means of the designed speed limit shut-off valve is studied,the main content of each chapter is introduced in this paper as follows:In the first chapter,the research background and significance of this topic are introduced firstly,and the main structure composition and application occasions of the speed limiting shut-off valve are explained.Secondly,it analyzes the current development status of the speed limiting shut-off valve at home and abroad,summarizes the structure form of several common the speed limiting shut-off valve working principle and application occasions,and compares the characteristics of these different types of speed limiting shut-off valve.Finally,the main research content of this subject is elaborated in detail.In the second chapter,firstly,according to the technical requirements of the hydraulic system,the model of the speed limiting shut-off valve is established.Secondly,according to the calculation formula of parameters,the main size parameters of the speed limiting shut-off valve are calculated,and the preliminary design of the speed limiting shut-off valve is completed.In the third chapter,static simulation of the flow field inside the speed limit shut-off valve is carried out by using Fluent software under five different orifice openings.The simulation results show that the pressure distribution in the fluid domain inside the speed limit shut-off valve designed in this paper is uniform and the flow characteristics of the fluid are good In the shutoff process of the spool,the pressure difference on both sides of the valve port plays a major role,and with the decrease of the opening of the valve port,its role is more significant,in line with the design intention of the speed limit shutoff valve.In the fourth chapter,the dynamic simulation of the designed speed limit cut-off valve is carried out through the Pumplinx software.The dynamic simulation calculation of the closing process of the speed limit cut-off valve is carried out,and the spring stiffness and spring pretightening force are studied respectively The influence of different parameters such as oil temperature and spool quality on the shut-off performance of the speed limit shut-off valve is analyzed and summarized,and the reasonable selection range of parameters of the speed limit shut-off valve is given.Finally,this paper summarizes the work and research results,and plans the follow-up research work. |
