| As an agricultural country,China has created many precious agricultural heritages in its development over thousands of years,which are of great economic,cultural,ecological and landscape value,however,with the development of urbanization and modern agriculture,the countryside is gradually withering away,and the agricultural cultural heritage in the countryside faces the same predicament.In recent years,with the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the promotion of beautiful rural construction and the rise of rural tourism,rural agricultural culture and landscape development has ushered in an important opportunity.Governments at all levels pay attention to the protection and development of agricultural cultural heritage while developing local economy.Since most agricultural cultural heritage is located in rural areas,and the two depend on each other,therefore,the protection,development and utilization of agricultural cultural heritage are inseparable from the development of rural construction.With the successful application of Jingxi rice agricultural cultural heritage,the government of Shangzhuang Town,Haidian District,Beijing actively attaches importance to the protection and utilization of Jingxi rice.At the same time,it plans to combine the protection of Jingxi rice agricultural cultural heritage and the construction of beautiful countryside to carry out landscape planning and design for Changle Village,one of the main producing areas of Jingxi rice.The aim is to build it into a strong agricultural production and Jingxi rice brand agricultural culture and tourism organic combination,beautiful scenery of the new countryside,let the Jingxi rice agricultural cultural heritage and Changle Village radiate new vitality.This article takes the starting point as the protection of the agricultural heritage of the Jingxi Rice by using the knowledge of rural landscape planning and designed theory,landscape ecology theory,garden aesthetics,landscape garden history theory and heritage protection,which regarded the Changle village,one of the main Jingxi Rice-producing areas in Beijing as the research object and conducted an in-depth analysis of the current situation.On this foundation,it also combines with the protection of the agricultural heritage of Jingxi Rice,the industrial development of Changle Village,and the shape of characteristic culture to improve the planning and design of landscape and draw the following conclusions.1.At present,the Jingxi Rice agricultural cultural heritage has some problems,such as less planting area,insufficient protection and publicity,and lack of successors to the rice farming technology.Although the government has been actively developing and protecting the Jingxi Rice agricultural heritage,there are still problems such as incomplete protection mechanisms,lack of specific protection and development strategies and weak in the cultural and tourism industry.In addition,Changle Village,one of the main cultivation areas of Jingxi Rice,lags behind in four aspects: village environment and styles,construction of landscape service facilities,industrial development,and utilization of characteristic resources.2.In the research on the protection of agricultural heritage,the value,protection status and achievements of agricultural cultural heritage were summarized,and the protection of agricultural cultural heritage was discussed from four aspects: rural revitalization,brand building of agricultural cultural heritage,application of modern technology and landscape construction.On this basis,combining with the history,development status and existing problems of the Jingxi Rice agricultural heritage,the protection methods such as mechanism protection,active multi-state protection,publicity protection and multi-party participation protection were put forward.3.Based on the analysis of the development status and existing problems of rural landscape in the new period of our country,combined with the related research on agricultural cultural heritage protection in the previous article,four principles and four strategies in rural landscape planning and design under agricultural cultural heritage protection are proposed.The four principles are the overall planning principle of the village and the land,the principle of equal emphasis on protection and development,the principle of blending the countryside and civilization,and the principle of landscaping based on agricultural texts.The four strategies are:(1)Protect and reshape the overall landscape pattern of the village.(2)The shaping of characteristic brands and the cultivation of emerging industries.(3)Fully excavate regional culture and create a characteristic agricultural landscape.(4)Pay attention to the improvement of the rural landscape,and reasonably plan the abundant activity space.4.Through four cases of rural rejuvenation in the Lishan and Caspian area of Japan,Guoxing Village in Lishui in Nanjing,Tianyuan Dongfang in Wuxi,and Jijia Dun Ideal Village in Kunshan,the ideas and methods of agricultural cultural heritage protection,farmland landscape design and rural planning have been explored.The planning concept of "New Country,New Life" was determined,and four strategies were put forward for the landscape planning and design of Changle Village:(1)In the overall layout,attention should be paid to the continuation of the landscape pattern of Changle Village-water-forest-field and ecology Landscape protection.(2)In terms of protection and development,first effectively protect agricultural cultural heritage and agricultural industries,and then guide other industries to enter in an orderly manner,and villagers participate in joint construction and sharing,and cultivate space for industrial development.(3)In terms of cultural shaping,pay attention to the protection and inheritance innovation and brand shaping of the agricultural cultural heritage of Beijing West Rice,and the expression and integration of Changle’s characteristic culture in landscape construction.(4)In terms of landscape construction,based on the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,the landscape will be expanded and constructed around production,and the landscape of Changle Village will be improved through the shaping of landscape nodes.5.Combined the research of Jingxi Rice agricultural heritage protection and rural landscape planning with the actual current situation of Changle Village,the landscape planning and design practice have been formed in the following planning results: it planned many functional zones such as the wetland park,Jingxi Rice cultivation demonstration zone,farming experience zone,forest economic and industrial zone,E-commerce logistics park and residential area through the integration of landscape resources and the needs of industrial development.It also clarifies the landscape structure of "one axis,one center,two belts and five parks";Specific plans were given for the identification system,architectural style renovation,plant landscape and industrial development,forming a new rural life by setting agricultural production,pastoral sightseeing,planting experience and leisure tourism as a whole. |
