With the rapid development of our country electric power,the proportion of new energy power generation increased gradually,but the new energy power grid is doing badly,causing a lot of wind and discard problems,these problems mainly occur in winter in north China,the reason is that the north winter heating is still in the traditional way of "heating decided to power",not only created a new energy power waste,and caused the environmental pollution problem of large area,so in order to solve the abandon of wind,abandoned given,as well as environmental protection,light use solid regenerative electric boiler and its temperature control system is designed,break the traditional way of heating,support the national policy of coal to electricity,the night cheap low electrical heating solid device,converts electrical energy into heat energy storage,for use throughout the day,the highest temperature can reach 800 ℃.First of all,be modified in this paper,the solid heat storage device,from the heat storage block material,heat resistance,temperature sensors were compared with important components such as heat preservation structure design.In solid heat storage device used in the design of temperature control of intelligent algorithm of fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm,make sure of the transfer function model of the temperature control through system identification by the step response of system transfer function,using the graphical method and calculation method for temperature control of the transfer function,through the Simulink of Matlab software build PID and fuzzy PID controller respectively,to both access unit step response of the input,then the simulation and observe the response curves of the two,found that the fuzzy adaptive PID of response curve is more smooth,the response is more effective.Second,solid regenerative electric boiler using S7-1200 PLC controller,designed the related hardware circuit diagram and control scheme of the regenerative heat and heat release,and draw the flow chart of the respectively,using the TIA PORTAL V15 software for the writing of the program and configuration of the frame design,configuration and onsite equipment for the communication connection,PLC control in order to achieve the purpose of all kinds of equipment.In the end,to the solid regenerative electric boiler efficiency by a detailed analysis and assessment,by looking at Hohhot for coal to electricity and clean energy heating related policies,the accumulation of thermoelectric boiler of the power consumption and the cost of heating during a detailed calculation,comparing the cost of the traditional heating method need to find solid regenerative electric boiler economic value is very high.In addition,in terms of air quality protection,by reducing the use of fossil fuels such as coal and reduces the air pollution,and given the abandoned discard wind power at the same time.
