The most effective and widely used engineering methods is inter-basin water transfer projects to solve the uneven distribution of water resources in time and space which widely used all over the world.With the gradual maturity of technical means,the focus of it’s research has gradually shifted to the operation and control of the project.The purpose is obtain a Useful opeation control method to guide the operation of the project to get better benefits.In this context,in-depth analysis of the current related research and the actual situation of the Han-to-Weihe River Diversion Project,obtained the shortcomings of the current research.Aimed to these deficiency,starting from the shortage,use process management as means,based on comprehensive integrate platform,adopting the idea of informationization and proceduralization,on the basis of previous research,we sorted out the related businesses of project operation and control,found the connections among them,constructed a joint operation control method,constructed the digital water network on the comprehensive integration platform of national standards and equipped with joint deployment operations.Reached certain conclusion,the main research content and results of this article are as follows:(1)Starting from the existing problems.It analyzes the existing problems in the current cross-basin water transfer project,especially the Han-to-Weihe River Diversion Project.Obtained the inadequacies of current related research theories,separation of deployment business and research biased towards optimization.It provides a basis for the selection of follow-up research methods and the involvement of regulatory methods.(2)Clarified and improved the construction method of digital water network based on comprehensive integrated platform.Aimed to the previous interweaving of digital water network construction and application,the cognition of it construction process is relatively vague.In this study,the construction of the digital water network was distinguished.After the construction of the digital water network,the process was explained with specific examples to make the construction process clearer.(3)Design and complements the regulation method of joint operation of the project.Regarding the lack of the overall operation method and short-scale operation method of the project.Short-scale operation method is constructed by using relatively basic water dispatch and water distribution rules,combine the feedback from key engineering control nodes.The method of constraining the nesting of long and short time scales realizes the coupling of the existing year and month scale deployment method and the daily scale method constructed this time,and the two cooperate to realize the construction of the joint operation control method.(4)Constructed the project water allocation system.Considering the complex process of multi-object and multi-time involved in joint regulation and control,the simple model method is not enough to support its application,so the topological generalization of entity engineering objects is carried out based on the integrated integration platform.implemented the control method by model components,and those two methods are coupled to implement the system implementation of the deployment business of the diversion project from han-to-weihe river. |
