Research On Leverage Management In Air Transport Industry

Now,the air transport industry in China has been developing for decades and has an important position in the market economy.His growth contributes to the development of our economy.However,since 2011,China’s GDP growth rate has continuedto decline.In recent years,the air transport industry need to face more pressure.This is due to the more open markets and a slowdown in the domestic economy.In 2020,domestic epidemic outbreaks and abroad of continuous fermentation,according to the air transport industry in the enterprise financial report data,most companies are continuing losses in the industry,the above these conditions for the airline industry has brought the operating leverage and financial leverage on the management challenges,the study of its leverage management helps us understand the lever management level of the industry.The purpose of this is to find the problems of lever management,and ensure the stable development of the industry.This paper finds the problems of leverage management through the study of leverage management.The leverage industry industry management issues,and to deeply explore the driving factors behind the lever management is to put forward reasonable Suggestions and countermeasures to industry leverage management.First of all,this paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,significance and some literature summary.The second part introduces the relevant theories and concepts,mainly for the operation leverage and financial leverage used in the process of writing the paper,and then for some related capital structure and risk management theories are described.The third part for air transport lever is analyzed and discussed,in which industry in 2011-2020 for operating leverage and financial leverage coefficient graph quantized,discusses the management lever of air transportation industry,through the data comparison analysis between industry,in order to more accurately find leverage management status of the industry;The fourth part mainly analyzes and discusses the leverage problems and driving factors.Firstly,it summarizes the leverage management problems in the air transport industry,and then analyzes the driving factors behind the operating leverage and financial leverage coefficient,so as to find the source of the leverage management problems and lay the foundation for the subsequent feasible suggestions.Industry is the fifth part is chosen the famous eastern airlines and hainan airlines holding company as the research object,introduces the company,and analysis of2011-2019,the company’s operating leverage and financial leverage management situation,to summarize company lever problem to verify industry leverage existing problems,and it further illustrates the problem is universal and representative of the industry,it industry research has a lot to validation of the role of leverage management;The sixth part mainly puts forward feasible suggestions based on the study of the industry leverage problem.This part is based on the driving factors behind the industry leverage management problem,and then puts forward targeted suggestions for reference.The seventh part mainly summarizes the shortcomings of the research and looks forward to the future research.
