| Duo to the scarcity of water resources in China,the uneven ditribution of time and space,many long-distance pumping water projects have been built to optimiza the allocaton of water resources The long-distance pumping water transmissiob project has long pipelines,Huge undulations,complex hydraulic conditions,and a main factor affecting its safe operation.Although the phenomenon of pumping watar hammer is shoprt-lived,serious engineering accidents will be oaused,endangering industrial and agricultural production and even personal safety In order ensure the safe operation of the pump water delivery system,the safe,reliable and economical water hammer protection measures are important issues in the design and research of pump station engineering,In this paper,the elastic membrane water hammer protection device is proposed,and the Mathematical model of the water hammer protectionn is established.The comprehensive influence coefficient is measured through indoor experiments,and the water hammer protection of an engineering example is analyzed.The main achievements are:1)Propose a new water hammer protection measure—elastic membrane water hammer protection device.The device consists of a tank body,an elastic membrane,a coil spring and a steel disc,etc.It is smll in size and can be installed along multiple lines.2)The mathematical model of the water hammer protection device for the elastic membrane is established by using the characteristic line equation,the continuous equation,the bead balance equation and the force balance equation of the helical compression spring,and the solution method is given.3)The diameter of the elastic membrane water hammer protection device is 410mm,the diameter of the steel disc is 300 mm,and the elastic membrane material is nitrile rubber.The calculated force area of the spring is 0.0625π(D+d)2,the mathematical model of the water hammer protection device of the elastic membrane measured in the laboratory experiment.The comprehensive coefficient of influence in the index is 0.933.4)Using MATLAB programming,the water hammer protection of the three-stage pressurized pumping station of an industrial park water supply project in Yulin City,Shaanxi Province was calculated and analyzed.The results showed that the main factors affecting the water hammer protection effect of the elastic membrane water hammer protection device are the tanks.Body diameter,spring coefficient and connecting pipe diameter,etc.;installation of elastic membrane water hammer protection device along the pipeline,its water hammer protection effect is significantly better than a single elastic membrane water hammer protection device. |
