In order to deal with the great impact of bi-directional unsteady flow on the operation and management of the system,which were caused by large-scale renewable energy power generation distributedly integrated into distribution system,the technology of active distribution system(ADS)emerged as the times require.The core ideology of ADS operation control is to improve the utilization efficiency of renewable energy power generation with the premise of system security.Therefore,it is the key to coordinate a variety of controllable units for optimization dispatch.Taking into account the characteristics limitations of various controllable units,the research on optimization dispatch strategy for ADS is of great theoretical value and practical significance.On the basis of the analysis of mathematical models and regulating characteristics of the controllable units,this dissertation proposes an optimization dispatch strategy for ADS,which takes full advantage of the power regulation ability of renewable distributed generation to participate in the operation control of the distribution system to realize the efficient utilization of renewable energy.Firstly,the optimal dispatch model is established with considering the improvement of voltage quality and efficient utilization of renewable energy.The construction of the voltage quality objective function refers to the idea of the maximum correntropy criterion.Secondly,the multi-objective brain storm optimization algorithm is introduced and improved adaptively to solve the proposed dispatch model,and the Pareto solution set is obtained and the optimal dispatch scheme is selected.Thirdly,according to the engineering practice of distributed wind power integration,the optimal operation model of the distribution system is established to improve the voltage quality and highlight the high penetration of the wind power.The improved multi-objective brain storm optimization algorithm is applied to solve the model.Finally,the extended IEEE33 nodes system simulates the validity of the proposed model and algorithm,and the field data in a demonstration wind farm are used to test dispatch strategy.Case study result shows that it is correct and effective of the proposed optimization dispatch strategy for ADS and optimization operation scheme of distribution system with high penetration of distributed wind power integration.
