During the demonstration and development of the air defense weapon system,specific modules such as weapon equipment models,weapon control methods,algorithms simulated in digital form will be used to verify the capabilities and effectiveness of the weapon system on the simulation platform,which will greatly reduce the cost of index demonstration and system development,shorten the development cycle,improve the efficiency of development.In this paper,based on the modular simulation system of antiaircraft gun,the optimization of hit problem,the feasibility of shoot when the target is away,and firing on move are studied.Aiming at the problems of different calculation speeds and accuracy of the fire control algorithm,and the slow calculation speed of the firing elements by the ballistic equation method,based on the solution speed and accuracy of different algorithms are analyzed.It is proposed to use the fixed-step and variable-step Runge-Kutta methods to solve the firing elements in combination with the trajectory equation that adds the differential of the projectile distance,which improves the accuracy of the solution.Aiming at the problem that there is less time to fire only shoot when target is close,the reasons for this firing method are analyzed.The feasibility of firing while the target away was verified by analyzing the relative speed required to penetrate the target,and the problem of firing area and firing opportunities during this new firing method was briefly analyzed,providing a theoretical basis for firing after the navigation.Aiming at the factors that may affect the firing and hitting problem during traveling,different levels of pavement spectral noise,the speed of the tube follower and the speed of hitting were analyzed,and the effects of the factors above on the firing and hitting problem during traveling were analyzed by examples,which provide reference for improving the firing accuracy during move.Based on the XSim simulation platform,this paper designs a componentization model of the small caliber anti-aircraft artillery simulation system,describes the architecture of the simulation system in terms of functional division and software design.The design of each model interface is unified,and system scheduling process is described,and the cooperation of various modules is realized.Finally,the feasibility is verified by simulation.
