| With the development of the society, the performance requirements of modern industry on various rotating machinery also become higher,so rotating machinery is also developing rapidly in the direction of high speed, high power and flexible rotor. However, with the improvement of rotor performance, various serious rotor faults are more likely to occur. And rotor system once a fault, rotor friction fault is often accompanied by.So in the rotor fault to rub the fault is the most common, and the harm is also big. Therefore, the research of rub impact rotor has important scientific significance and application value. In this paper, the aeroengine rotor system is simplified as a Jeffcott rotor model with lumped mass, and the rotor model with rub impact fault is established considering the problems of asymmetric stiffness and offset. The differential equation of motion of the rotor system is derived by coordinate transformation and Lagrange’s second type equation. Then the fourth-order Runge-Kutta is used for numerical simulation. Finally, the rotor system is simulated. The main research contents are as follows:1.The axial/radial mixed rub impact of the offset rotor at complex temperature is established, and the effects of nonlinear friction coefficient on the rub impact of the rotor system is analyzed. Finally, the motion of the rub impact rotor system under the nonlinear friction coefficient is obtained.2.The axial/radial mixed rub impact of the rotor with asymmetric stiffness at complex temperature is established, and the effects of the asymmetric shaft stiffness and asymmetric support stiffness on the rub impact of the rotor system are analyzed. Finally, the motion of the rub impact rotor system under different conditions is obtained.3.The radial rubbing of the dual-disk rotor system under asymmetric support stiffness is studied and simulated, and the influence of the stiffness ratio of the support base in the two main directions on the motion of the dual-disk rotor system is analyzed and obtained. In this paper, the effects of nonlinear friction coefficient, asymmetric stiffness and oil film force on the motion characteristics of single-disk and double-disk rotor systems are discussed, which provides some help for the study of rub impact fault rotors. |
