With the development of industrial production automation,the application of electric actuators is becoming more and more extensive,and the requirements of various control fields on the response speed,control accuracy and anti-interference performance of the actuator control system are also increasing.Studying and optimizing the algorithm of the electric actuator control system to reduce the influence of the change of the moment of inertia and the load torque on the performance of the control system has important theoretical significance and practical value for improving the control accuracy and stability of the system.The main contents are as follows:1.Design a variable gain coefficient model reference adaptive inertia identification algorithm to improve the identification accuracy and identification speed of the traditional algorithm;2.Design an improved load torque observer Add proportional links on the basis of traditional observers to improve the observation accuracy and convergence speed of traditional observers;3.In order to reduce the influence of the moment of inertia change and the load torque disturbance on the performance of the control system,an adaptive system is designed based on the results of the moment of inertia and load torque identification.Simulation results show that the design scheme improves the steady-state performance of the control system.4.In order to realize the precise control of the valve position of the electric actuator,a sliding mode controller based on a new approach law is designed to adjust the valve position of the electric actuator in real time.The simulation results show that the design scheme is more accurate than the traditional position control accuracy PI controller works better 5.A software algorithm is designed to correct and compensate the flow characteristics of the control valve to improve the control accuracy of the valve’s fluid flow.Finally,Selecting Infineon XE167 as the main control chip,and a software and hardware experimental platform for the electric actuator was built.The experimental results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the design scheme.
