With the continuous development of the Internet of Things technology and the intelligent upgrading of the photovoltaic industry,the photovoltaic power station has higher and higher requirements for the performance of the data transmission system.On the one hand,photovoltaic power stations are mostly built in remote and open places,which makes the wiring difficult and the cost high.On the other hand,the environmental factors of the photovoltaic power station have an important impact on the photovoltaic power generation.Thus is necessary to monitor and analyze the operation of the photovoltaic power station.Therefore,it is of great significance to study a stable and reliable wireless data transmission system with high security.The main contents of this thesis mainly includes the following points:(1)According to the characteristics of LoRa technology and various mechanisms of LoRaWAN protocol,the suitable LORA network extension structure is determined by comparison according to the application requirements of actual scenes,and the data frame structure of private networking communication protocol is designed and the key technologies are applied.(2)A LoRa-based data transmission system for photovoltaic power station is designed,which mainly consists of three parts:LoRa terminal node equipment,LoRa gateway and LoRaWAN Server.According to the common environmental parameters of photovoltaic power station,complete the selection of data acquisition device,the hardware selection and software process design of terminal node equipment and LoRa gateway.Build the open source LoRaWAN Server,and use LoRaWAN Server to realize the network entry operation between terminal node devices and LoRa gateway.(3)Analyze the deficiencies of the LoRaWAN protocol security mechanism,introduce the RSA algorithm,and combine the characteristics of the two algorithms to realize a hybrid data encryption mechanism.The data information in the data transmission process is encrypted with the AES encryption algorithm,and the generated key is encrypted with the RSA encryption algorithm,which reduces the security risks during the LoRa network data transmission process and improves the security,and on this basis,the AES and the RSA encryption algorithms are optimized to ensure the operation speed of the algorithm.Finally,the performance of hybrid encryption mechanism is analyzed.The experimental results show that:(1)The data transmission system of photovoltaic power station can complete the transmission of data parameters of photovoltaic power station,and the operating parameters are relatively close to the theoretical values,and it has high reliability and stability.(2)The mixed encryption mechanism of LoRa network proposed in this thesis greatly improves the security of data transmission and ensures a good transmission rate.
