The Impact Of Subsidy Policy On The Performance Of Wind Energy And Photovoltaic Power Generation Enterprises In Northwest China

Wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation has vigorously developed in China.The Northwest region,as a key development area for wind power and photovoltaic power generation,has received support from the fiscal and taxation policies of the national and local governments.However,the growth of the industry is also accompanied by some issues.In particular,the specific effects of subsidy policies on wind energy and photovoltaic power generation in the northwest region are still not clear.Therefore,reviewing the subsidy policy of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in the northwest region and establishing a model for the impact of subsidy policies are necessary.From the macro perspective,it will help to grasp the overall efficiency of policy from wind power and photovoltaics and contribute to improve the subsidy.Microscopically speaking,It helps to clarify the practical role of subsidy in various power generation companies,and greatly promotes the accelerated development of wind power and photovoltaic power generation.This paper first summarizes the subsidy policies on wind power and photovoltaic power generation in the northwestern region and its implementation effects,pointing out its existing problems as well.Secondly,from the perspective of corporate social responsibility,this paper analyzes the mechanism performance of the subsidy policy on wind energy and photovoltaic power generation in the northwest region,and also designs relevant measurement system on performance.Thirdly,this paper makes empirical analysis about subsidy policies’effect by using of the data from the Northwest Bureau of National Energy Administration.The results show that the subsidy policies and preferential tax policies have a positive effect on the performance of wind energy and photovoltaic power generation enterprises in the northwestern region.And the promotion of subsidy policy for electricity prices is greater than tax preferential policy.Decomposing corporate performance in the light of corporate social responsibility,the result shows that electricity price subsidy policy and tax incentive policy have no significant effect on the economic performance,but have a significant function in promoting social performance and environmental performance.Finally,this paper argues that the government needs to design a better subsidy mechanism so as to improve the subsidy model and strengthen supervision over the implementation of subsidy policies.Apart from this,companies should also comply with the market development trend and take advantage of new financing tools to achieve corporate economic performance.Only then can the subsidy get well promoted.
