With the rapid development of social economy,the problem of per capita occupation rate of energy has reduced and the environment pollution have attracted more and more attention,which made the technology of clean reproducible energy generation has developed rapidly,such as the wind power and photovoltaic generation.However,because of the influence of the environment and natural conditions,the output of wind energy is fluctuant,and the peak regulating pressure is increase rapidly,which will lead to the waste of renewable energy resources to make the stable operation of power system when the wind power integration.Therefore,it is necessary to estimate the capacity of wind power which accepted by the regional power grid from the peaking capacity of the power system,and take an effective optimization strategy to improve the acceptable capacity of regional power system according to the characteristic of wind power and photovoltaic power.Firstly,the paper analyses the influence on power system of reserve capacity when the wind power integration with large capacity,and selects the reserve capacity with the wind power prediction error.Then according to the influence of wind power access on peak-load regulation,the wind power capacity that will be accepted by regional power grid is evaluated with the peak-leak ability of system,On the basis of considering the characteristic of output and the method to choose the reserve capacity.However,the consumption ability of wind power will be limited because of the peak-load regulation of power system,therefore,the paper analysis the complementary of wind power and photovoltaic power generation output on the time scale,then,making an optimization model of wind and scenery complementation with the minimum lost rate of load and the minimum waste of renewable energy resources,and the peak-load regulation is taken into account.Thirdly,in view of the defects of the PSO algorithm in global and local search capacity,and the shortcoming of its local optimization,an improved PSO algorithm is applied to solve the model,then the best output of wind power and photovoltaic power is obtained to reduce the fluctuation of wind-solar complementary system,and the consumption ability of it will increase.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is analyzed by using the historic data of wind power,photovoltaic and load in a regional power grid.The result shows that the acceptance capacity of regional power grid to the wind-solar hybrid system is obviously improved after the strategy of wind-solar hybrid was used than before which the wind power alone.
