| The welding deformation of ship structure is of great significance to the precision control of shipbuilding.In order to accurately calculate the welding deformation of ship structure,this paper first develops the welding thermal elastic-plastic numerical simulation model of T-shaped structure by taking the welding process of T-shaped structure as an example,which is verified by experiments;Then,the traditional integral plastic strain method is used to obtain the inherent deformation,which is loaded into the elastic finite element analysis model of inherent strain.The calculated results of deformation are consistent with the experimental results.However,it takes a lot of time to get the inherent strain from the results of thermal elastic-plastic calculation.In order to simplify the calculation process of inherent strain,this paper adopts the method of obtaining inherent strain through the relationship model between welding experimental data and inherent deformation.Therefore,the dimensionless heat input parameter proposed by foreign scholars is introduced,which can consider the heat input of different materials and welding conditions;In order to establish the relationship between welding process parameters and dimensionless heat input parameters,a large number of experimental data in open literature were summarized,and four groups of welding experiments were carried out,so as to fit the relationship model between dimensionless heat input parameters and inherent deformation.The inherent strain calculated by the relationship model is loaded into the elastic finite element model of the welded structure,and the overall deformation of the welded structure is obtained.Finally,based on the elastic finite element analysis method of inherent strain,the deformation of six welding cases are calculated by using the established relationship model.These cases include four groups of simple structure welding experiments,stiffened plate structure and small group structure.The average relative error of the calculated value and the experimental value of the overall deformation meets the engineering requirements.The results show that the calculation process is effective,it can provide reference for welding deformation calculation of large and complex structures... |
