| With the high-quality development of the economy and society in recent years,infrastructure construction is in full swing.Domestic demand for large-capacity cranes is gradually increasing,and the frequency of accidents is increasing at the same time,causing great losses.Lifting capacity of all-terrain crane is significantly improved with the help of Y-shaped guying system,but research on the calculation of lifting capacity of all-terrain crane is not thorough because of the diversification of all-terrain crane’s boom combinations,various working conditions and inaccurate simulation of guy-rope.Moreover,theoretical study on the pre-tightening length of guy-rope under development,the relationship of length of guy-rope and lifting capacity is to be studied to maximize lifting capacity.In this paper,two-node Hermite element is used to model guy-rope.Lifting capacity of all-terrain crane is analyzed,and the influence of length of guy-rope on boom is researched.Main work is as follows:(1)The model of guy-rope and boom system is built.Modeling progress is introduced due to the difficulty of modeling guy-rope.Boom model is simplified and parametric modeling is conducted.Linear and non-linear methods are used for calculation.(2)Calculation method and criterion of lifting capacity are introduced.Lifting capacity is calculated by programming,considering complex boom combinations and multiple working conditions of all-terrain cranes,using MATLAB to realize batch processing of multiple working conditions.(3)Influence of pre-tightening length of guy-rope on boom is studied.ANSYS model and the MATLAB programming calculation are compared and analyzed,and the accuracy of MATLAB programming is verified.Through analysis and calculation examples,the influence of change of the length of guy-rope on the displacement and stress of boom is studied.The research provides a method for calculation and analysis of lifting capacity of all-terrain cranes,which can be used to perform batch calculations and explore optimal guy-rope length.Through analysis,lifting capacities under different working conditions may be determined by different criteria,and lifting capacities curve shows different trends.The optimization direction of the cable length is to make it match with lifting load. |
