The actual working condition of aviation involute spline pair is very complex and bad.The meshing stiffness of the spline directly affects the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system.The accuracy of the meshing stiffness of the spline is the premise of the dynamic design of the spline rotor system.In this paper,the comprehensive contact stiffness of spline connection structure is studied by simulation and experiment.The dynamic model of spline connection structure and rotor system is established,and its inherent characteristics and unbalanced response characteristics are analyzed,which provides support for dynamic design and stable operation of spline rotor system.The specific work includes:(1)The contact modeling method of spline single tooth pair is introduced,and the simulation analysis of single tooth pair contact modeling is carried out,which is compared with the existing programming calculation results based on material mechanics method;The modeling method of lateral stiffness and angular stiffness of spline connection is introduced.The finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the two kinds of stiffness,and the variation law of lateral stiffness and bending stiffness of spline with torque and lateral force is obtained;A more effective method to calculate the spline stiffness is obtained than the programming method.(2)The contact characteristics and stiffness simulation of spline connection structure are carried out.Four different spline connection structures are established,including spline connection structure,spline stop structure,spline structure and integrated structure.The transverse stiffness of spline joint structure under different structures is obtained,and the variation law with torque and transverse force is obtained.By introducing equivalent stiffness,the proportion of different parts in spline connection and its influence on the spline connection structure are obtained;Through the comparative analysis of different structures,the variation of bolt stiffness,positioning surface stiffness and spline engagement stiffness with torque and transverse force are obtained.(3)The test bed of spline connection structure stiffness measurement is built,and the test test of transverse stiffness of spline joint structure is carried out.The influence law of transverse load on the transverse bending stiffness of the spline rotor is obtained.The accuracy and effectiveness of the simulation model are verified by comparing with the simulation results.(4)The dynamic characteristics of spline rotor system are analyzed.The inherent characteristics and unbalance responses of the rotor are calculated by using commercial finite element software.The critical speed calculation method of the rotor with asymmetric support stiffness and the analysis method of the steady-state unbalanced response of the rotor with asymmetrical supporting stiffness are established.The distribution of unbalanced response with the unbalance is obtained The change law of size and distribution form.(5)The research results provide a method for the research of spline meshing stiffness,spline connection structure stiffness and unbalance response of spline rotor system.
