Muscle strength is the most important part of human movement ability,and its state is very important for human health.The low state of muscle strength will lead to neurological diseases.However,for many people,muscle fatigue or even illness is often ignored because of the fast pace of life.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a set of muscle strength measurement system which is convenient for self-test of muscle strength state.One of the important indicators to measure the state of human muscle strength is to detect the detectable electromyography signals generated by human surface.Based on the relationship between muscle strength and electromyography signals,this paper takes healthy people as the main research object and measures the muscle strength state of biceps brachii in skeletal muscle as the research purpose,The main research contents are as follows:1.In terms of hardware,the electromyography signal acquisition system is designed and made.The system circuit includes signal conditioning circuit,microcontroller and Bluetooth transmitting circuit.Because the electromyography signal is weak and vulnerable to interference,AD8226 and OP07 chip are used to amplify the signal,isolation and filtering circuit are used to ensure the safety of human body and denoise.The A/D converter inside the STM32F103VET6 microprocessor is used to complete the analog-to-digital conversion of signals.In order to realize the convenient communication of the system,the Bluetooth module is used to complete the communication between the lower and upper computers.Through the simulation of the hardware circuit,the fabrication of PCB board and the actual measurement,the circuit system meets the expected requirements.2.In terms of software,the human-computer interaction interface based on LabVIEW software is designed.In view of the user information and test data cannot be compared in different periods to reflect the strength of the state of the problem by phases,system with the help of the LabVIEW software to write G language,user registration and preservation of important information.Combining the relationship between muscle strength and time domain characteristic parameters of electromyography signal,the amplitude and parameter change of muscle force are monitored in real time,and the data are saved in time.The experiment shows that the parameters of the software are reliable,this part is real-time and accurate.3.In terms of Data analysis,a muscle strength analysis method based on the relationship between time-domain eigenvalues and muscle strength was proposed,and the muscle strength grade standard was divided exploratively.In the static environment,based on the experimental process of equilength muscle contraction to fatigue,the real-time analysis of muscle force state was carried out for 11 subjects under different test intensities.The body’s subjective consciousness and digitization were combined,and the muscle strength was classified into three categories: 0,Ⅰand Ⅱ.Bayes,K-nearest neighbor,Fisher and wavelet neural classifiers were used to classify and compare the muscle strength state.It was proved that the accuracy of K-nearest neighbor classification was 98.5%,and the effect was better.Combined with the characteristics of convenient measurement system,a GUI interface is designed on the basis of K-nearest neighbor algorithm to test the level of muscle strength with one button,and the effect is good.
