| Traffic accidents are one of the most serious hazards in the world,causing huge property losses and casualties.About 95% of accidents are caused by driver’s improper behavior.The abnormal behavior detection of bus drivers can provide early warning of driver’s misbehavior,thereby ensuring traffic safety.In the COVID-19 outbreak at the end of 2019,drivers who have the most frequent contact with mobile people on the bus,testing their mask-wearing behavior can ensure the health and safety of himself and the passengers by testing his behavior of wearing masks.Real-time monitoring of bus drivers and timely reminding of their improper behaviors can better protect the personal safety of passengers and drivers.Based on the common abnormal behaviors of bus drivers,this paper first proposes the Abnormal Behavior Detection Model of Bus Drivers Based on Deep Learning(Deep BD),including video recovery,bus driver wearing mask detection,bus Vehicle driver abnormal motion detection and bus driver fatigue driving detection.Deep BD can recognize the situation of bus drivers wearing masks,and can also provide effective detection of mobile phone use,smoking,fatigue driving and other behaviors that bus drivers appear in the process of driving.This article uses real bus driver monitoring video to verify that the detection accuracy of Deep BD can meet the actual needs of the project.Secondly,based on edge computing,this paper designs a low-latency and low-bandwidth framework(Bus Task Offloading Model Based on Edge Computing,BTOM)that can offload mobile computing tasks to edge servers.This framework can eliminate abnormal behaviors of bus drivers.The detection model is embedded in the edge,and the simulation experiment verifies that BTOM has good performance.Finally,according to the actual needs of the bus company,combined with the cutting-edge technology in artificial intelligence,this paper completes the abnormal behavior management system of bus drivers.Relevant staff can supervise and manage the behavior of bus drivers through the system,so as to standardize the behavior of bus drivers and better maintain public safety. |
