| Thermoelectric system is an important part of the energy system of iron and steel enterprises,which can meet the demand of steam and electricity through the consumption of by-product gas.Due to the various types of energy media in the thermoelectric system,the strong coupling between various energy media and the correlation between the production and consumption of various energy media and the main process of iron and steel production,the scheduling complexity of the thermoelectric system is increased.At the same time,the production and consumption of by-product gas,steam and other energy media in the thermoelectric system of iron and steel enterprises fluctuate greatly,which is easy to cause release,waste of energy and pollution of the environment.Therefore,how to effectively optimize the thermoelectric dispatch,ensure the dynamic balance of various energy media in the thermoelectric system of iron and steel enterprises,improve the utilization efficiency of energy and reduce the operating cost of enterprises is of great significance to the sustainable development of iron and steel enterprises.In this paper,the energy flow process of iron and steel enterprises is analyzed and the energy flow network model of iron and steel enterprises is established according to the characteristics of the correlation between the production and consumption of each energy medium in the thermoelectric system and the main process of iron and steel production.Based on the energy flow network of iron and steel enterprise,the optimal scheduling model of thermoelectric system is established by using the mixed integer linear programming method,and the relevant constraints are determined according to the characteristics of the scheduling unit.Aiming at the influence of the dynamic change of by-product gas production and consumption,this paper proposes a method of extracting working condition features based on the time window divided by standard deviation,so that the scheduling model of thermoelectric system established is more consistent with the actual production situation.The actual historical production data is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.Through the analysis of the scheduling scheme of the thermoelectric system,the proposed scheduling scheme can reduce the consumption of coal purchased by the system,increase the power generation of the system,and reduce the operating cost of the system.Based on the above research results,a set of optimal scheduling software for the thermoelectric system of iron and steel enterprises is developed,which can provide a scientific and reasonable scheduling scheme for the optimal scheduling of the thermoelectric system of iron and steel enterprises,and provide guidance for on-site personnel to make scheduling decisions. |
