Deep muscle stimulator(DMS)It is a common instrument for treating soft tissue pain and relieving muscle spasm or relaxation.It acts on the human body through mechanical vibration with a frequency of 15-60 Hz.It is widely used in the treatment and auxiliary treatment of various muscle and neurological diseases,and Family health and other fields.Analyzing the existing DMS on the market,it is found that most of their control systems adopt an open-loop control method,and the stimulator cannot perceive the treatment effect during the treatment.If the open-loop control can be changed to the closed-loop control by adding the feedback link of the treatment effect to the control system,the performance of the DMS will be improved.Based on this,the paper selects muscle tone as the representative quantity of the treatment effect,and designs a control system of DMS based on muscle tone feedback.The paper designs the hardware scheme of the system,selects the STM32 series MCU as the main control chip,uses a BLDC motor to provide power.The hardware circuits of muscle tension acquisition part,current detection part,controlling and driving part of BLDC motor are designed.The speed regulation of the BLDC motor is realized in three closed-loop control modes: muscle tension feedback,speed feedback,and current feedback.In terms of control algorithm,the muscle tension feedback link adopts the fuzzy control algorithm.The characteristics of the muscle tension feedback link are analyzed.And the muscle tension fuzzy controller is designed according to the experience accumulated by the operator in actual use.The current feedback and speed feedback links adopt incremental PI algorithm.The transfer function model of the motor controller and the motor body is established,and the current PI regulator and speed PI regulator are designed.Carry out simulation analysis on current feedback,speed feedback,and fuzzy control of muscle tension,and carry out overall simulation analysis on the control system to verify the rationality of the design and optimize the parameters.The software design of the control system was studied,the μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system was introduced,and the user subroutines were designed.The system has been debugged and verified to prove that the system’s software and hardware schemes are reasonable,the algorithm is effective,the system runs stably,and the performance is good.
