With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and energy conservation in the transportation industry,some scholars have conducted in-depth research on the warm-mix regeneration technology of asphalt in recent years.Among them,the research on the warm-mix regeneration technology of matrix asphalt has been quite mature.However,since most of the high-grade highways in our country use SBS modified asphalt,and most of the current research on the warm-mix regeneration of SBS modified asphalt is concentrated on the mixture.Less research on warm mix regeneration.However,the performance of the asphalt binder directly determines the performance of the mixture.Therefore,this article uses self-made composite regenerant and warm mixing agent to warmly mix and regenerate the aging SBS modified asphalt,and regenerate the warm-mixed SBS modified asphalt and its The performance of the mixture has been systematically studied,which mainly includes the following work:(1)By comparing the regeneration effects of ordinary regenerant and composite regenerant,it is determined that the self-made composite regenerant can effectively regenerate the aged SBS modified asphalt.At the same time,it is proved that the self-made warm mixing agent has a good warm mixing effect.The SHRP performance of warm-mix regenerated SBS modified asphalt under different regenerating agent and warm mixing agent content is analyzed,and it is found that the self-made regenerating agent can restore the high temperature critical temperature,creep stiffness and rate,and fatigue resistance of aged SBS modified asphalt to Level before aging.The addition of the self-made warming agent reduces the high temperature critical temperature and creep stiffness,and increases the creep rate and fatigue factor.(2)From the perspective of rheological properties,the high and low temperature performance,temperature sensitivity and viscoelastic properties of warm-mix recycled SBS modified asphalt are analyzed.It is found that the addition of self-made regenerant can effectively restore the complex shear modulus and phase angle of the aged SBS modified asphalt,and reduce its temperature sensitivity.The addition of the self-made warm mixing agent reduces the complex shear modulus of the asphalt binder,increases its phase angle,and reduces the temperature sensitivity.At the same time,the addition of self-made regenerating agent can basically restore the viscoelastic properties of aged SBS modified asphalt to the level before aging.The addition of self-made warm mix agent increases the viscosity of the asphalt binder and weakens the resistance to permanent deformation at high temperatures.(3)Through fluorescence microscope,infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry tests,the regeneration effect of self-made regenerant on aged SBS modified asphalt was analyzed.At the same time,the microchemistry of the warm mix regeneration process of aged SBS modified asphalt was analyzed from both qualitative and quantitative aspects.Changes in structure and thermal properties.From the micro level,it provides theoretical support for the macro performance changes of warm-mix recycled SBS modified asphalt.(4)Combined with the performance of warm-mix recycled SBS modified asphalt binder,the road performance of warm-mix recycled SBS modified asphalt mixture was studied.The high-temperature rutting resistance,water damage resistance and low-temperature crack resistance performance of the original SBS modified asphalt mixture,recycled SBS modified asphalt mixture,and warm-mix recycled SBS modified asphalt mixture are analyzed.It was found that the high-temperature rutting resistance,water damage resistance,and lowtemperature performance of the recycled SBS modified asphalt mixture were slightly lower than those before aging.At the same time,the addition of homemade warm mix agent improved the low-temperature performance of the mixture and reduced its high-temperature performance and Water damage resistance,but whether it is recycled or warm-mix recycled SBS modified asphalt mixture,the road performance can meet the specification requirements.It proves that the SBS modified asphalt warm-mix regeneration technology is feasible. |
