With the comprehensive advancement of the fifth test of our national physique,the detection of human reaction speed has been paid more and more attention.At present,the test also plays an important role in the selection of various athletes,and even plays a role in the selection and recovery training of pilots.However,there are few test parameters in the market response test system that can be tested by a large number of people,and the relevant response speed training,selection function and even subsequent detection and analysis function cannot be completed in the same test system.In view of the problems existing in the current human reaction speed detection system,this paper studies a human reaction speed detection system,and does a reasonable data processing and analysis to the collected experimental data.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.In combination with the human body and control system,and puts forward the human second-order unit step function model of the control system,the reaction speed of human body is measured by the degree of response to the step function signal,the performance of the control system parameters,such as peak time,rise time as human reaction velocity measurement,multi-angle comprehensive reflect the response speed of the body.2.In the aspect of hardware circuit design,STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller as the main control chip,design circuit and complete PCB board making,PS2 rocker arm as a measurement and control tool,use Bluetooth HC-06 module for portable short-range transmission,complete the construction of the overall hardware system.Solve the problem of the high price of instruments in the market.3.In the aspect of software design,using C language to complete the function of hardware circuit and the PC serial port communication,completed the related mathematical model built with G language,tested including delayed response time,stability time,overshoot reaction time,overshoot value four parameters,and designs the function of difficult choices,realize the function of test functions and data save,software design is the key content of this thesis,solve the human response speed detection and special population screening and response speed training functions.4.In the aspect of algorithm,the semi-supervised learning classification system of K-means clustering combined with Extreme Learning Machine classification system and K-means clustering combined with Support Vector Machine was used for clustering analysis of the collected data,and the classification accuracy of the two systems was compared.It was concluded that the latter was suitable for the data analysis of this system,and the accuracy of the algorithm was more than 95%.5.The reaction speed of some students aged 20-29 in our school was measured,and the expected test screening and training functions were realized.It was concluded that the reaction speed decreased with the increase of age,the reaction speed of boys was better than that of girls under the same age,and the reaction speed of personnel after training was significantly improved,which proved that this model was effective.
