In recent years,with the strengthening of people’s ideas of sustainable development and advocating the construction of ecological civilization,more and more attention has been paid to the construction of riverbank landscape engineering.To gain an advantage in the increasingly fierce market competition,construction enterprises must be committed to building high-quality,low-cost construction projects.The construction cost control of the project has undoubtedly become the key to the project management of the construction enterprises.Value engineering can combine technology and economy,maximize the utilization and organization of resources while ensuring quality,satisfy the necessary functions of the project with the lowest life cycle cost,and optimize the value of the project,so as to improve the economic benefits and market competitiveness of the enterprise.In order to deepen the understanding of this comprehensive technology in the engineering construction industry and enable enterprises to actively adopt the value engineering method,it is necessary to form a relatively complete value engineering management and control system through certain theoretical research and practice process,so as to provide reliable support for the improvement of cost control level of Riverbank Landscape engineering construction enterprises.Based on the current research status of riverbank landscape engineering cost control and value engineering in engineering cost control,this paper introduces the application of value engineering in target cost determination,material selection and mechanical equipment selection,and establishes a set of procedures and methods for construction cost control by using value engineering from the perspective of practice.Among them,in the functional analysis phase of value engineering,this paper chooses to use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),decision making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL)and expert scoring method in layers to determine the main research object,build a multi-level evaluation index system,optimize the functional evaluation index,and make the functional evaluation of the research object more objective and scientific.Finally,through the application of value engineering in HZXC riverbank landscape engineering to control the construction cost,this paper expounds its application process and effect in detail,and demonstrates that the application of value engineering in riverbank landscape engineering can greatly promote the management level of construction enterprises and enhance the market competitiveness,and can bring greater technical,economic and social benefits.
