Abstract/Summary:
Demand-based traditional system engineering methodology can not tell us what is the best design,the development of modern CAE tools have difficulties in integration between different platform.Project delays and budget overruns faced by large aircraft design cannot be effectively solved.In addition,the aircraft economics is affected by many environmental factors in its life.It’s of great significance to consider the environmental factors during the conceptual design stage of the aircraft and get a more forward-looking design.The design of commercial aircraft is a complex task.In addition to meeting safety and technical requirements,economics has become a key factor to achieve commercial success.In the design of commercial aircrafts,it is of great significance to improve the economics of aircrafts on the premise that the design meets the aerodynamic,performance,environmental protection and other requirements.This paper discusses and summarizes the direct operating cost model and surplus value model of commercial aircraft by using the value-driven design methodology,which is integrated with the aircraft design process.In order to realize the value-driven aircraft design process,this paper uses C,JAVA,and MATALB to build a multi-level aircraft design program,which realizes the deep integration of different modules including aerodynamics,weight,and economy.At the same time,the methods and framework of value-driven design methodology are used to optimize the commercial aircraft design.Surplus value model and direct operation cost model are used as objective function to optimize and evaluate the design of wing and aircraft.The application of value-driven design based on surplus value model in aircraft program evaluation shows that value-driven design can be effectively combined with the aircraft design process to optimize the aircraft design.Compared with the direct operating cost,optimization of aircraft design based on surplus value model can make a greater improvement on aircraft industrial economics.Multi-objective optimization of aircraft design can lead to comprehensive design schemes that take into account both industrial economics and operational economics.This study also explores the impact of scenario factors on aircraft design and aircraft program evaluation.
