Abstract/Summary:
In this paper,the flow characteristics of various tubes are simulated by the application of CFD technology.A unified strategy and parametric scheme for sections of wind tunnel/ circulating water channel are also proposed,which based on the traditional design method.At last,a program based on Web and Javascript is developed to efficiently deal with the design of wind tunnel/ circulating water channel.The main work and some conclusions are as follows:Numerical simulations on the main sections of the wind tunnel /circulating water channel are completed.Under the condition of uniform inflow,the results of numerical simulation and the traditional empirical formula sit in a reasonable range,which verifies the reliability of CFD simulation.The non-uniform inflow condition is simulated by adding circular rotation speed in computational domain.Comparing the results of uniform inflow condition,the effect of inflow uniformity on pipeline flow is well reflected.A model of multiple sections is simulated under both inflow conditions to analyze the flow field details,which summarizes the key points of design methods of sections structure.The sections structure and inflow conditions have an important influence on the uniformity of the flow field inside the pipeline.It shows great significance for the CFD design of the wind tunnel / circulating water channel.A unified strategy and parametric scheme for sections of wind tunnel/circulating water channel are proposed.Reference to the layout of the reflux low-speed wind tunnel and the circulating water channel,a uniform structural layout for both equipment is determined,on which the unified strategy of each section in terms of size and structure based.The unified strategy refines the design principles of traditional design methods.The dimensions and structural characteristics of different types of sections are parameterized,and the global strategy of development of the section area and length is determined to ensure the rationality of the global model design.The unified strategy and parametric scheme for sections replace the manual implementation process of the traditional design method of wind tunnel/ circulating water channel.It provides the design theory and technical support for the implementation of the automated design scheme.A CFD-based design program for wind tunnel and circulating water channel is developed.In order to efficiently form aerodynamic/hydrodynamic design solutions in advance,the assembly entity includes3 D modeling,grid auto-generation,viscous flow field solution and CFD post-processing.One-click Operation,which from initial parameter entry to optimized target parameter output,to save labor and time costs on modifying models and grid processes,is realized in the program.The credibility and convenience are verified as a reference to the wind tunnel and circulating water channel of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.The automatic design program effectively ensures the reasonableness of the design scheme and can accurately evaluate the design performance,which shows a certain innovation of theories and methods and engineering application of high value.
