The Risk Management Of Debt Fund

In China,the fund of debt is different from other types of funds in financial market.Since the new rules of asset management was exercised in 2018,the domestic investment environment of debt funds has produced a large change,the corresponding investment method 、 investment principle and investment choice have also changed.In China,there is a kind of debt funds that takes photo-voltaic power station as the investment target,and taking photo-voltaic power station as the investment target has the financial characteristics consistent with the investment of debt fund under the new environment.The case of debt-based private equity funds investing in photovoltaic power plants studied in this article focuses on the differences reflected in the investment of debt-based funds,focusing on how the current debt-based funds should be invested,and what aspects need to be paid attention to in the investment process.This article first introduces the background of debt private equity fund investment projects.Based on this,it introduces the current situation of the investment environment of private equity funds in China,and then analyzes the basic situation of debt private equity funds’ investment in photovoltaic power plants and the photovoltaic power plant wind control.Risks and countermeasures for investing in photovoltaic power station projects.First,the risk of debt-type private equity funds investing in photovoltaic power station projects was evaluated,and then corresponding recommendations were given from three aspects: national policy risk,repayment risk,and collateral disposal evaluation risk.This paper will take the photo-voltaic power station as an example,focusing on the analysis of how the current debt funds should be invested,and what should be paid attention to in the process of investment.The purpose is to show debt fund managers the reasons for choosing the photo-voltaic power station as the investment object,and show how to solve the problems take place in the process of investment.Finally,the paper wants to provide new ideas and useful reference for future debt fund investment.
