With the development of science and technology,the spectrometer has gradually become the core method for researching,detecting,and analyzing the composition and structure of substances.At same time,it plays an important role in many important fields such as the scientific research,commerce,and industry,etc.Due to the disadvantages of the traditional spectrometers such as the high cost,the big size,and the complex operation,the popularity and promotion of spectrometers have been greatly restricted in the general population.However,in real life,various issues related to the daily life can be solved by spectrometers,such as the food safety,pharmaceutical ingredients,basic science,etc.Thus,we need to explore a way to make the spectrometer portable,low power,and miniaturized.According to the current development status of miniature spectrometer,this paper designs a new type of miniature spectrometer that can be combined with smart phones.This spectrometer not only has the advantages of portability,light weight,simple operation,etc.but also has a networking function.With the advent of the Internet age,it will be able to implement spectral sensing functions as spectral sensors in the Internet of Things in the future.Before researching the mobile phone spectrometer,this article studied the feasibility of implementing the spectrometer on an RGB camera.First,the relationship between pixel values and relative radiation intensities in RGB cameras was studied using photometry and camera digital imaging principles;then the relationship between pixel values and wavelength values in RGB cameras was studied using colorimetric principles;and then through transmission A simple spectrometer was designed and fabricated based on the grating spectroscopic principle and micro-nano processing manufacturing principle.Finally,based on the above research results,the method of RGB camera inversion test light source spectral distribution was studied.In addition,based on the implementation principle of RGB camera spectrometer,this article develops a mobile phone spectrometer APP on a smart phone through Android development technology,so as to realize the spectrometer function on the mobile phone side.Since the mobile phone spectrometer APP has the function of network data transmission,this article studies the application of mobile phone spectrometer in the Internet of Things spectral sensing technology,and verifies the authenticity of virgin olive oil to verify the mobile phone spectrometer’s application in spectral sensing Feasibility.The mobile phone spectrometer researched in this article can not only achieve visible light spectrum detection,but also achieve the acquisition,use,analysis,and sharing of spectral data,and establish a spectral data storage center for spectral big data analysis in the future.It can also expand the development of Io T spectral sensing technology and play a role in Io T application areas such as food safety,green agriculture,and smart home.
