In recent years,the integration of a large number of distributed generators,electric vehicles and other uncertain sources and loads,the power grid requires higher flexibility and reliability.With the continuous improvement and development of power electronics technology,it is important to enhance the flexibility of the distribution network.In the rebuilding of the distribution network,the use of flexible power electronic devices can improve the flexibility,reliability and security of the system operation.Under this background,the soft open point(SOP)is proposed to replace the traditional tie switch of the distribution network,which transforms the closed-loop design with open-loop operation into flexible closed-loop operation.Thus,it brings new challenges to the power restoration of the distribution network.Therefore,it is of great significance for the research on how to make full use of these power electronic equipment to improve the power supply restoration ability of the distribution network.In order to study the role of SOP in power supply restoration,this paper considers the strategy of coordination between tie switch and SOP,uses the second-order cone planning algorithm in the optimization calculation to transform the non-convex and non-linear power flow model into a strongly convex linear model.Firstly,the power restoration optimization model with SOP is established and is solved through the CPLEX solver in MATLAB to analyze the role of SOP in power restoration.The results of the examples show that different load-shedding methods will have an impact on the power restoration.The power losses during the power restoration process can be further reduced by considering the operation sequence of the switch and the control mode of SOP.Then,in order to improve the speed of power restoration of the flexible distribution network,a power restoration model for distribution networks with SOP based on PMU information is established.The model utilizes the learning ability of the artificial intelligence algorithms,can cope with the power restoration problem of complex distribution networks,which is verified by the analysis of examples.The results of the examples show that the power restoration model proposed in this paper can significantly improve the speed of power supply restoration.The number and location of the PMU devices are also discussed.
