In the manufacturing process of ships,the processing of marine steel plates accounts for a large proportion.The quality and efficiency of marine curved plate processing greatly affect the entire shipbuilding cycle.The traditional method is to use the line heating.This kind of processing method using oxyacetylene flame as heat source is difficult to meet the requirements of future shipbuilding due to low forming efficiency,harsh working environment,and difficult to accurately control the heat source.Because of high efficiency,clean energy and environmental protection,and convenient control of heat sources,electromagnetic induction heating has unique advantages in the field of intelligent forming of marine steel plates.In this paper,the finite element calculation software ANSYS is used to simulate the process of induction heating of marine steel plates.The influence of induction heating process parameters on the temperature field of steel plates is mainly researched.The following parts are mainly contained:1.Research the temperature field of induction heating and static heating.The temperature change of the characteristic point on the upper surface during the heating process was studied,and the process of the temperature change on the upper surface of induction heating was divided into four stages.The temperature changes of characteristic points at different positions in the thickness direction under different current peak conditions were studied.In addition,the obtained data was further processed,and the change of heating efficiency in the initial stage of induction heating and the heat density in the thickness direction were studied.2.The effects of the moving speed of the inductor,the distance between the inductor and the steel plate,and the frequency of the inductor current on the temperature field of the steel plate under the conditions of moving heating are researched.3.A reciprocating heating method used in mobile heating is proposed,and a comparative study of reciprocating heating,repetitive heating and single heating is carried out,which proves the effectiveness of selecting the reciprocating heating method.
