Fuel cell industry has developed rapidly under the environment of energy shortage in the world.DC/DC converter,as a necessary power conversion device for fuel cell,is an important support for large-scale industrial application of fuel cell.The purpose of this thesis is to improve the performance of DC/DC converter of fuel cell.The research and design of passive control of DC/DC converter of fuel cell are carried out.The main contents are as follows:The overall scheme of DC/DC converter of fuel cell is designed.Based on the operating characteristics of the fuel cell,The functional requirements of DC/DC converter of fuel cell are analyzed and the technical specifications are formulated.By comparing several mainstream DC/DC converter topologies,the three-phase interleaved DC/DC converter is selected as the main topology of this thesis.Then,the control scheme of the system is formulated.Combined with the working principle of the selected topology,the parameters of the main components in the circuit are calculated and selected.The passive controller for DC/DC converter of fuel cell is designed.The state space averaging method is used to model the DC/DC converter of fuel cell,and it is expressed in the form of Euler Lagrange equation.After verifying the passivity of the DC/DC converter system for fuel cell according to the established model,the energy function of the DC/DC converter of fuel cell is constructed,and the energy function converges to the expected value quickly through the damping injection method,so as to complete the passivity Design of controller.Matlab/Simulink simulation software is used to simulate the above modeling and control strategy,and the effectiveness of the method is verified.A passive controller based on state observer for DC/DC converter used in fuel cell is designed.The mathematical model of DC/DC converter for fuel cell is discretized to get the corresponding Kalman filter model.The state observer is designed based on the principle of Kalman filter optimal state estimation.The optimal estimation of inductor current and load voltage of DC / DC converter for fuel cell is obtained by state observer.The current sensor is eliminated and the load voltage is filtered.The scheme of DC/DC converter without current sensor passive controller for fuel cell is realized.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by simulation.The experimental platform of 30 k W DC/DC converter of fuel cell is designed and implemented.Taking DSP320F28335 as the core,the hardware circuits such as sampling circuit,driving circuit and communication circuit are designed,and the main program,control program and other program modules are designed.It lays a foundation for the experimental verification of the effectiveness of the passive controller in the DC/DC converter of fuel cell.
