With the shortage of global energy and the enhancement of environmental awareness,the ship’s electric propulsion system has received more and more attention.Due to the structural complexity and device diversity of the ship’s electric propulsion system,the probability of ship failure has increased.In order to ensure the safe operation of the ship’s power system,the evolution and propagation of potential failures of the system need to be detected and evaluated.Therefore,according to the characteristics of the propulsion module and load module in the ship’s electric propulsion system,a fault simulation test platform for the ship’s electric propulsion system is designed.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the actual working condition of marine electric propulsion system,the specific content of the test platform is defined,and the overall design of the test platform is determined.The whole system is divided into five parts: support module,transmission module,loading module,lubrication module and measurement and control module.(2)The whole structure of the test platform is designed.According to the characteristics that rolling bearing and sliding bearing can be replaced separately,the shafting structure and support mode are designed;the radial loading of test bearing and mechanical loading structure are designed;for the lubrication part of test parts,the way of oil station filling and oil tank lubrication is designed,which not only ensures the temperature during lubrication,but also reduces the amount of lubricating oil to be heated.(3)The measurement and control system of the test platform is designed.The control mode of combining Lab VIEW software with PLC,which takes Lab VIEW as the upper computer control software and PLC as the control core of the executive equipment level,is designed;the selection and calibration of the spoke pressure sensor and oil level sensor are carried out;the monitoring system of multiple data fusion of electrical,temperature,vibration and abrasive information is established.(4)Build a fault simulation test platform for marine electric propulsion system,the performance of the test platform was tested,and carry out some fault simulation tests.The key structural components are tested and improved,and a series of fault tests on bearings are designed,and some of the collected information is analyzed,so as to verify that the fault simulation test platform can meet the design requirements.The fault simulation test platform of marine electric propulsion system designed in this paper meets the expected design requirements,and provides the research platform and technical support for the following fault mechanism of propulsion module and load module of marine electric propulsion system and the establishment of fault signal database,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
