| With the rapid development of the national economy,the water transportation industry has ushered in new opportunities,and the water tourism market in various regions has been expanding.Sichuan Province has beautiful scenery and abundant water resources.All parts of the province are actively promoting the construction of water transportation and shipping,which has greatly promoted the development of Sichuan’s water tourism.With the rising standard of living and people’s desire for a better life,The demand for high quality passenger ships on the water is also increasing.The safety of a ship’s navigation is a matter of life and death for the passengers,so safety performance is the basic guarantee,while environmental protection and comfort should also be taken into account as factors affecting the quality of the ship.Intact stability is an important indicator of ship safety performance,The inland waters of China have large differences and complex meteorological characteristics.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate and analyze the stability of the ship based on the local navigation environment and propose specific needs accordingly.According to the industry trend,the greening of ships continue to advance,passenger ships themselves are also part of the water tourism resources,Ship design should also follow the long-term development trend of the industry to fully consider environmental protection and emission issues,so in the premise of ensuring its safety performance is reliable enough,combined with the market demand to propose a type of green pollution-free representative ship for reference also has great practical value.Passenger ship are mainly used for water travel,and the comfort requirements are multifaceted,with the larger deck area per passenger being one of the basic indicators.The representative ship type proposed in this study uses a catamaran type to ensure that the ship has a larger deck area.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of hydrometeorological conditions in Sichuan Province,this paper makes recommendations for the classification of waters according to risk levels.Based on the analysis of the main causes of passenger ship safety accidents,focus on the analysis and assessment of the intact stability of passenger ships in Sichuan Province,On this basis,complete stability recommendations for Sichuan Province and specific requirements for the wind resistance class of passenger ships are proposed,and the resulting impact on ship design and construction and improvement measures for existing ships are analysed.Finally,based on the water tourism market in Guangyuan City,Sichuan Province,A representative type of zeroemission sightseeing ship is proposed,combining environmental requirements and passenger experience with full consideration of safety.And completed the general layout,line and energy configuration and other general aspects of the scheme design,and put forward specific design proposals,which can provide technical support and demonstration for the sightseeing ship ship in Sichuan Province. |
