In the recent years,with the new situation of traffic congestion,urban traffic control is gradually changing from point control to area control.In this process,not only the continuous and stable data base of various detectors is needed,but also the advanced regional control algorithm is needed to provide the top-level guarantee.At present,regional traffic control still faces many problems.On the one hand,it is difficult to guarantee the applicability of area control algorithm in the actual traffic scene.On the other hand,the data problems caused by the failure of intersection detector will further increase the difficulty of regional control.In addition,in the actual traffic control,there are still some problems,such as the issuance of signal control scheme,manual adjustment of signal lights and so on.The behavior of artificial intervention was also discussed.Therefore,under the specific intersection group hunman-machine cooperative control scenario,the ownership of human-machine control boundary and control method are studied in this paper.The main research contents are as follows.(1)This paper presents an evaluation method of intersection traffic state.Based on the data of each entrance lane,using matrix factorization algorithm to complete data recovery under detector failure scenario,the overall evaluation index of intersection is constructed,and the CRITIC method is used to construct the index weight of each entrance lane under the relationship between time and space of indicators.The division threshold of each traffic state is determined by comprehensively considering various traffic state classification standards at home and abroad.The real software simulates the effectiveness of the traffic evaluation method under different effective data proportion scenarios.(2)As for the human-machine control authority boundary of intersection,a strategy is proposed to decide whether the downstream crossing point has a trffic overflow phenomenon by using the upstream detector data,so as to determine whether the downstream intersection needs manual intervention control.Aiming at the intersection with detector damage,the traffic wave theory is utilized to ascertain traffic overflow under the traffic data of the upstream intersection and the signal control scheme.It is to determine the artificial control time of the intersection group with detector damage as the center intersection.Finally,the algorithm is verified.(3)In this paper,a human-machine cooperative control model is propose for the intersection group with human intervention control.In order to avoid the regional congestion caused by overflow intersection,based on the macro basic graph theory,this method adjusts the signal control scheme of the whole intersection group by calculating the influence of the manual adjustment of the signal control scheme of overflow intersection on the control boundary of the whole intersection group.Taking the ideal number of vehicles in the road network as the optimization objective.The simulation verification is carried out.
