On The Visual Function And Application Of Chinese Painting Screen In Interior Decoration

As a branch of the screen,chinese-style picture screen is a decorative partition which integrates function and aesthetics.It also bears the unique visual function when it plays the role of covering the interior and coordinating the exterior.Chinese painting screen is the visual presentation of culture and aesthetics.As the display furniture in interior decoration,its visual contents in the aspects of craft material,picture processing,color application,space structure and so on condense the essence of Chinese culture for thousands of years,it is the materialization form of politics,economy,art and culture,in which the aesthetic,traditional thought,psychology and other metaphorical visual content are integrated.With the change of life style,the modern chinese-style painting screen has broken away from the symbolism of the ancient implied status level.Modern people pay more attention to the perfect presentation of their visual functions,and their shapes and pictures tend to be more concise and artistic conception,it is also more diversified in function and form.Therefore,the modern Chinese painting screen has been used by designers in interior decoration,through the painting screen and the physical painting screen in the way of research and discussion,more conducive to the visual function of the Chinese painting screen from multiple perspectives.In this paper,the traditional Chinese painting screen,Modern Chinese painting screen,Chinese element painting screen,painting screen in painting works and screen painting are analyzed and studied by combining theoretical research with practical investigation,then deeply understand the aesthetic orientation and cultural connotation of the visual function of the Chinese painting screen,and combine the theoretical research with the modern aesthetic,to explore the interior decoration which is more in line with the modern people’s aesthetic needs and visual content.At the same time,how to maximize the aesthetic and function of chinese-style painting screen is the issue that designers should focus on.Due to the continuous updating of new technology,modern interior design for our country has brought a broad field of vision.However,from the perspective of visual aesthetics,contemporary Chinese design lacks local characteristics and national characteristics.The design of chinese-style picture screens is uniform in form and structure,and the contents of the pictures are copied,this makes chinese-style painting screen lost its unique visual aesthetic and cultural attributes.Therefore,if we want to make better use of chinese-style painting screen in interior decoration,we need to deeply understand Chinese local culture,and integrate modern design techniques.Using the visual function of the painting screen to organize the Interior space,so that the Chinese painting screen in the Interior Decoration reflects the greatest artistic charm,in order to better inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture.As far as the current research situation at home and abroad,there is not much research on Chinese picture screen,and the research on the visual function of Chinese picture screen from the angle of interior design is even less.In this paper,the visual function of chinese-style picture screen is taken as the starting point for the design,which not only provides a new starting point for the study of chinese-style picture screen,but also broadens the design thinking and development direction for the application in interior decoration,it also infuses the Chinese traditional culture with the fresh vitality,has the realistic significance and the practical value to the Chinese style drawing screen art,the modern interior design development as well as to the Chinese traditional culture inheritance and the innovation.
