| As is known to all,fossil energy is a kind of non-renewable energy,and its reservers are increasingly unable to meet the needs of human development.Finding new alternative energy is a necessary way for human to achieve sustainable development.Biomass energy because of its large reserve and the advantages of renewable get the favour of people,and the most effective way of biomass utilization of pyrolysis carbonization technology,under the condition of high temperature anaerobic,biomass is converted to solid carbon,bio-oil and pyrolysis gas three main products,including solid carbon in soil salinization and on the adsorption of pollutants,biological and pyrolysis gas can be used as a fuel oil and other energy use.Although there are many biomass carbonization facilities,most of them are unable to be continuously carbonized or have low efficiency.In this paper,a spiral pyrolysis reactor with continuous pyrolysis was designed based on a large number of literatures at home and abroad.The main research work in this paper is as follows:(1)Through referring to relevant literatures,the pyrolysis principle of biomass and several reaction stages of biomass carbonization are understood.Other factors such as biomass particle size and residence time all have an impact on biomass pyrolysis efficiency,among which residence time has a relatively large impact on pyrolysis reaction.After that,the pyrolysis characteristics of the biomass were analyzed by thermogrgravity analyzer,which provided a theoretical basis for the determination of important parameters of the pyrolysis reactor.(2)Design and selection of important components of the pyrolysis reactor,such as the spiral axis and the outer cylinder were carried out.First,three spiral axes with different pitch were designed,and the flow characteristics of biomass in the three spiral axes were compared and analyzed using Fluent simulation software.According to the pyrolysis characteristics of biomass,a piecewise heating method was designed and the type of heater was selected.(3)The finite element software Workbench was used for the static simulation analysis of the spiral shaft and the outer cylinder,and the stress and deformation were both lower than the material limit,which also met the requirements of the work.(4)Fluent software was used to simulate and analyze the biomass temperature field distribution of the pyrolysis reactor under different working conditions.The pyrolysis was relatively sufficient when the rotation speed was 1rpm and the feed amount was 2.0g/s,which provided a reference for the subsequent pyrolysis experiment. |
