| Permanent magnet motors are widely used because of their advantages such as small size,simple structure,high efficiency,ect.However,permanent magnets are widely used in permanent magnet motors,and their price has a significant impact on the cost of permanent magnet motors.The increasing price of permanent magnet materials in recent years has limited the application of permanent magnet motors in many fields.Therefore,in order to reduce the amount of permanent magnets and improve the performance-price ratio of permanent magnet motor,replacing the N Pole or S pole of permanent magnet motor rotor by silicon steel plate and then researching the key problems of the permanent magnet motor(hereinafter referred to as the monopole permanent magnet motor),which consists of a single pole(N or S).Firstly,analyze the differences of magnetic flux,back emf and other performances between monopole permanent magnet and permanent magnet motor by magnetic circuit method.The inductance of single-pole permanent magnet motor is increased,while the flux,back emf and electromagnetic torque are decreased slightly.Secondly,establishing the simulation model of unipolar permanent magnet motor based on Maxwell and then studying the influence of the width of permanent magnet and silicon steel sheet on the performance parameters of the motor.It shows up that the electromagnetic torque increases first and then decreases,while the inductance of dq decreases.When the width of permanent magnet decreases,the electromagnetic torque decreases,but the inductance of dq increases first and then decreases,and the variation range is related to the width of silicon steel sheet.Then based on Kriging,calculate the torque-torque curves of permanent-magnet motor and monopole permanent-magnet motor under id0 and flux-weakening.The results show that the turning speed of the two approaches.In the constant power region,the monopole permanent magnet motor drops more slowly with the speed increasing.Finally,a single-pole permanent magnet motor is made,and the experiment of no-load electric potential,winding current and torque-speed characteristic curve is carried out. |
