The goal of Earth observation satellites mission is to obtain ground information by satellite-borne sensors,to aid in atmospheric research,meteorology,defense,and commercial applications.With the development of China high-resolution earth observation system,high efficiency,integrated and intelligent satellite-to-ground control system is the future trend,and the mission planning of Earth observation satellite is an essential part.This thesis is oriented to the requirements of the mission planning of the LEO(low earth orbit)earth observation satellites.Based on the analysis and summarization of the relevant theoretical research and engineering applications at home and abroad,the mission planning of the Earth observation satellites is studied.The main work and innovations include:(1)Introducing a network layered model for mission planning,establishing a solution framework for mission planning,and divided mission planning into three independent modules:optimization modeling,single-satellite mission planning,and multi-satellite mission planning,and then clarify the input/output of the three modules and the services that should be provided,improving the portability and scalability of the solution algorithm.providing a reference for the standardization of related work in the field and the actual implementation of related project.(2)Studying the application of deep reinforcement learning in single-satellite mission planning,and introducing search window pruning method to improve the efficiency of the algorithm.Finally,compare the algorithm with the optimize-by-priority algorithm and the branch and bound method to verify the algorithm solving large-scale problem well.(3)Studying the application of the profit-based competition strategy in the multi-satellite task allocation problem.Simulation shows that the algorithm can effectively solve the problem with less communication times.The research in this thesis provides a standardized model for the solution framework of the Earth observation satellite mission planning problem,provides new methods for the solution of single-satellite mission planning and multi-satellite mission planning.
