Cold chain transportation can ensure food safety and reduce food waste.As one of the main equipment for cold chain transportation,refrigerated trucks play an important role in cold chain logistics.The uneven temperature field is the main reason for food spoilage.The refrigerated truck must ensure a suitable temperature environment to ensure the product quality to the utmost extent.This subject mainly studies the temperature field distribution in the refrigerated compartment,and proposes the temperature field optimization measures for the multi-fan air supply mode,and researched the fan operation schemes under different cargo heights,obtained the optimal fan operation strategy;Propose the operation adjustment method of the fan when the ambient temperature changes;Combining the temperature field and the product refrigeration temperature,it gives suggestions for coding goods.First,establish the model of the traditional refrigerated compartment,and analyze the temperature field in the traditional refrigerated compartment;Secondly,the temperature field optimization scheme of the multifan air supply mode is proposed;When the cargo stacking height is 3H/4,H/2,H/4,analyze the numerical simulation results of the temperature field under different fan start-stop operation schemes,and get the optimal fan operation control strategy;Finally,Propose the operation adjustment method of the fan when the ambient temperature changes,combining temperature distribution of refrigerated truck and the optimal refrigerated temperature of fruits and vegetables to advise on coding goods.Through the analysis of the simulation results of the temperature field of the traditional refrigerated truck and the multi-fan air supply mode,the result shows that: the temperature field of the traditional refrigerated truck is unevenly distributed when fully loaded,the high temperature area is large,and the goods cannot be fully cooled in time;After the installation of small fan arrays,the downward trend of low-temperature air in the jet area is strengthened,and the trajectory of low-temperature air in the jet area is effectively improved.After optimization,the range of the high-temperature area is significantly reduced,the cooling effect is significant,and the uniformity of the temperature field is significantly improved;When the cargo stacking height of the refrigerated truck is 3H/4,H/2,H/4,turn on fan 1-3,fan 1-2,and fan 1 respectively to ensure uniform temperature field distribution;Combining the temperature field distribution law and the cold storage temperature of fruits and vegetables for cargo stacking can extend the shelf life.Analyze the temperature field under the multi-fan air supply mode of the refrigerated truck,paving the way for its popularization and application.
