The wind farm makes efficient use of wind energy,and has become the main utilizing form of wind energy,because of its short time in construction,flexible installation capacity,and low operation and maintenance costs compared to other new energies.Being the supporting member of the blades and rotating nacelle of the wind turbine,the key connecting part flange of the tower is particularly important in the installation process.The strengthening the connecting part performance is the most effective method in improving the overall strength of the tower.The high-strength bolt connection is a common and convenient way to fit into the project.This paper mainly introduces the theoretical calculation,strip model test and finite element analysis of the flange bolts of the tower,and made a detailed analysis of the structural strength,stiffness and failure condition.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.According to the actual engineering case,the L-flange bolt strip was analyzed by the theory of Petersen.The failure state of the structure was studied and the failure mode of the member under the ultimate load was obtained.2.The tensile test of the M64 bolt flange of the wind turbine tower was carried out.In this test,the high precision displacement meter and 3D scanner were used to record the required data.The stiffness of the components was analyzed through a comparison of the three data groups.3.The above model and test were compared by ABAQUS finite element analysis software,and the reliability of the calculation results was verified;The complete load displacement curve was derived,and its ultimate strength was obtained and compared with the Petersen theory;The elongation of the whole component was acquired by the test and simulation data.The rationality was explained by comparing with the theoretical calculation value of material mechanics.4.A method for estimating the tensile stiffness of flange bolt connection was proposed.The ratio was determined by comparing the actual stiffness and equivalent stiffness of the flange bolt.In the calculation of structural stiffness,the ratio was taken as a simplified coefficient to reflect the connection performance of the flange bolt,which provided a basis for flange connection design.5.In this paper,the finite element analysis of bearing capacity was carried out for a new type of steel concrete flange connection.The load-displacement curve,stress-strain condition and failure mode were obtained,which provided the basis for applying the connection.
