In this paper,a portable electrochemical detection system for detecting glucose concentration and sweat pH is designed to monitor health parameters.Based on the research background and status quo of the portable electrochemical detection system,with the electrochemical transducer for measuring pH of glucose and perspiration as research subjects,we designed the hardware circuit,the lower computer software,and the upper computer software for data processing to be applied in the field of health and safety.The main work is as follows:(1)A non-enzymatic glucose sensor was constructed by laser-induced treatment of flexible polyimide films with Co/3D graphene(3D/GR)grown on the surface.The preparation condition of this method is mild,simple and quick.Therefore,it can be extended to the rapid preparation of metal particles/GR and other electrochemical applications.The designed electrochemical detection system showed similar electrochemical signals to commercial electrochemical workstations in the detection of glucose,which indicated that the system could be used for the development and preparation of portable electrochemical sensors.(2)Wearable sweat pH electrode based on flexible graphene electrode was constructed.In the process of open-circuit potential measurement,the electrochemical detection system has the potential step value and stability similar to that of commercial electrochemical workstations.The test results of the electrochemical detection system are in good agreement with those of commercial pH meter.The measured values of the electrochemical detection system are consistent with those of the commercial pH meter.It shows that the electrochemical detection system has potential application value in wearable electrochemical sensor parts.(3)A portable detection system based on STM32 microcontroller is proposed and designed.The electrochemical sensor outputs weak current or voltage signals,which are amplified by the electrical signal acquisition module and converted into signals that can be processed by STM32 through the analog-digital conversion module.STM32 sends the collected signals to the serial port assistant through the serial port,and finally processes,displays and saves them in the upper computer software.Through the cooperation of the upper computer and the detection system,the detection system can realize the functions of linear sweep voltammetry,time-current curve and open-circuit potential-time curve.By constructing a nonenzyme glucose sensor to measure glucose,and comparing with the measured data of CHI660C workstation,it can be seen that the relative measurement error of the detection system is less than 3.52%,R~2>0.989.When the sweat pH sensor was constructed to measure the sweat pH value,the measurement error of the static measurement pH value of the detection system was less than 1 m V,compared with the measured data of the CHI660C station.In the application of dynamic detection of sweat pH value,the measurement results of the pH value of the detection system are similar to those of the CHI660C workstation and commercial pH meter.Compared with the CHI660C workstation,the detection system has the advantages of portability and easy miniaturization,so it has a good application prospect in portable sensors or wearable sensors.
