As a typical new energy transport,electric vehicle has alleviated the troubles caused by energy problems,and its popularization has become a trend.However,scale of the electric car in the city network of travel inevitable existence and driving by the regional power grid energy interaction behavior of,leading to the random scheduling of EV(electric vehicle,EV)load in the spatiotemporal traffic chain.Therefore this paper studied the nonhomogeneous semi-Markov process(nonhomogeneous semi-Markov process,NHSMP)electric car traffic behavior of space-time coupling randomness,introduces its complex charge-discharge strategy and this method is applied to dynamic power dispatching model for the first time,which figure out the multi-objective scheduling problem based on demand side economy and supply side security.In view of the research on the optimal scheduling pattern and means,the main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Charging load forecast of EV due to NHSMP is the foundation of scheduling research.In this paper,first of all,the database information was collected and analyzed to obtain the spatiotemporal characteristic quantities.Then,through Monte Carlo data extraction,finally,the NHSMP spatiotemporal coupling electric vehicle travel pattern is established.This pattern replace the mathematical model of subjective given state of charge(SOC)in the traditional modeling method,and accurately presents the traffic action and charging course of EVs.(2)For grid-connection research of EV,on the foundation of charging load prediction,practical charging or discharging strategies are added to build a complex charging or discharging load prediction model to make it closer to the real situation.At this point,the electric vehicle is no longer a single load,it can participate in the discharge behavior as reserved power source.The charge or discharge tactics plenty premeditates the Charging and discharging mode selection,threshold factors and the charge or discharge price guidance under different scenarios.(3)In this paper,electric vehicles in complex charge-discharge scenarios are incorporated into the multi-objective power dispatching model to build a dynamic economic and safe power dispatching model for both supply and demand.Meanwhile,constraints such as EV power,battery charge state,EV travel and charge-discharge time are considered.In this paper,an evolutionary algorithm,SPEA2-SDE,is came up with resolving the high-dimensional complex computing problems.It is improved by adding the strategy of initial value selection and chain adjustment.The regional power grid is used for imitation computation,and the affect of different scenarios,Charging or discharging resolve factors,wind power and volume of EVs on the scheduling research are researched.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm are verified.
